Amazing vet's office! After being advised by a former vet's office that my pets were difficult, the exact opposite happened at Goose Creek. They took their time and were patient and my pets did very well. The ultimate goal is to ensure my fur babies are as happy as possible when going to the vet. They truly are caring and dedicated. Dr. Dobson was great and took the time to talk to me about my pet's needs. Highly, highly recommend Goose Creek.

Excellent place to take your bunny! We took our rabbit there last minute for an emergency and he got great care, the doctor handled him very carefully and the environment is very positive and low stress for animals. Definitely very safe and good place to entrust your animal friend! It’s hard to find a good doctor who specializes in rabbits so I am happy we found this place!

Was our first time here and I am impressed, the Vet was great, we had a good conversation about what is possibly going on with my dog. She took a LOT of time out of her day to explain everything and answer any questions I had. Great experience.

I wish I could give Goose Creek Pet Hospital 10 stars and, more specifically, Dr. Walsh and the staff of this amazing veterinary clinic/hospital. Over the past year, our 15 year old tabby cat visited frequently due to illness. Dr. Walsh took the time to walk us through present and future expectations, returned all of our calls promptly (thank you!) and even bonded with our sweet boy. When the time came for him to cross the Rainbow Bridge, Dr. Walsh and a member of her staff came to our home to make sure all of us felt more comfortable then followed up with a card signed by all staff members and doctors along with a sweet poem that brought us comfort. These days, it can be hard to find doctors/vets who take the time to build a relationship with their clients (and animals). We truly appreciate all of you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so informative, patient and kind. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Goose Creek for years to come.

Called to ask about pricing on vaccines and was told they can't give out pricing for vaccines over the phone and they can only give you the pricing after your dog has been seen. Asked for a range or some sort of ballpark and said it was against their policy. Seems like they must mark up vaccines quite a bit and do not want to scare new customers away with pricing.

Dr. Pals was amazing! Very accommodating and very kind. I needed to have my cats tail fixed after an accident with a door that resulted in a degloving of the end of her tail. He was vary personable and informative. Immediately when I talked to him for the first time, I felt very comfortable with my animal in his care. He was quick to take action and even stayed after hours to help my cat. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am!

We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Pals and his staff. They are the most wonderful, caring, and professional people. Every time we come in for an appointment we receive exceptional care. Dr. Pals treats his patients like family and his bed side manner is the best I've ever experienced. Any time we have needed emergency care, they have gotten us in despite their busy schedule. His office staff is always pleasant and so loving with our dogs, it is always a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I recently started visiting this hospital and the staff is amazing and super attentive. Getting appointments is easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend this vet hospital. Dr. Clark is the best! She goes above and beyond to keep her patient pets healthy and happy.

I wish I could give more stars than 5. The whole Staff was supper nice and gave my little baby dog the best care and especially Dr. Palls. He seems to deeply care about animals and their families. He went up and beyond the call of duty. If Me and My Mom decides to get another Pet Dr. Palls would be the only Vet I would go to. I could tell it deeply hurt him to give me the bad news about My Little Bundle of Joy. He was able to let me and My Mom to spend a little more time with with our little One. He was telling Me that He will be opening up a 2nd office in Spring Hill soon. I would highly recommend Him. He is super Guy.

I am new to the area and have to use the services of Goose Creek Pet Hospital several times for my dog. The physician and staff are beyond exceptional! Explained everything thoroughly and provided options for treatment. Couldn't ask for a better place to take my pet for care.

I can not say enough about how amazing Dr. Pals and his staff at Goose Creek are. I have an adorable but high maintenance Wheaten Terrier “NASH” that absolutely loves coming to see everyone at the clinic because they treat him as if he is one of their own. It’s such a relief to have peace of mind that your fur baby is in such great hands from check ups to vaccinations to boarding. A big THANK YOU to Doc and staff and I highly recommend this hospital to everyone!

Doc Pals is absolutely amazing and we would not trust our pets with anyone else. He truly has a gift and his staff is very friendly and patient. They offer grooming and affordable pet services.

Dr. Pals and his staff are fantastic. They take their time to explain everything from shots to procedures all while loving on your pet. My Jackson doesn't love getting his shots but he loves the snacks they offer him. So glad we found Dr. Pals!

This is one of the best clinics we've ever been to! We stopped in for some yearly vaccinations and our dogs, Chase + Roni, were well taken. We really felt like Dr. Pals had their best interests in mind because we got to talking about different treatments and routines that would really benefit the dogs. The facilities are clean + welcoming, the staff is super friendly + knowledgeable, and the clinic has a small town feel which we absolutely love! We also like how practical and progressive this clinic is with their treatment options. We will definitely be back!

BEST PLACE TO TAKE A PET!! Twice now Dr. Pals has without an appointment or hesitation helped me deal with a crisis with my animals, over the summer he helped me get rid of a fly larva that embedded into the neck of a kitten we found in our corn field. Not only did he not over charge us , he allowed my boys to help remove the larva that was in the kittens neck (it was so gross, but my boys loved it) he then treated the kitten and also sent home extra medicine to treat the other kitten we found. And yesterday despite not really knowing much about domesticated ducks he once again stopped everything to help me when I came in with my pet duck. He could have very well turned me away since ducks weren't exactly his expertise, but instead he was kind, thorough and sympathetic after the duck had passed. He didn't charge me anything for his time and said he would always help if I needed anything in the future! I doubt anyone else would have taken the time to help my pet duck they way that he did. I will always be thankful for their services. He's wonderful and so is hi staff!!!

I have never felt so comfortable entrusting the care and health of my dog to anyone else! Dr. Pals takes his time, is thorough, and nurtures each dog for where they are at. I won't go to any other vet now! Dr. Pals also came into my classroom and did an annual/geriatric vet presentation on my dog as an educational experience for 4th graders. My students LOVED it and learned so much! Thank you Goose Creek Animal Hospital!
