BEST ALL AROUND! Had a bad experience with another local veterinarian off Locke Ave. I was thinking the worst, I thought all vets had no customer service like the previous one. But they changed my mind. They had great people skills as well as loving at my pup. When my pup died, they were so carrying and very mindful of my feelings and carried her off like if she was theirs.

Excellence at every level. Vets and staff clearly love animals and treat them like it.

I cannot fully explain how fantastic this staff was taking care of our boy Jack. We had a situation where he was not going to make it through the night after a sudden illness. We had to go on short notice and they could not have been more professional and caring. We will always be grateful to them.

We are so glad and grateful we found veterinary wellness of Spring Hill, they have taken such great care of our Dolly, they are kind compassionate and through! Thank you

I normally don’t write reviews but this place was really bad. No confidence at all that they knew anything. Not caring at ALL! If you can skip this place.

I've been taking my two German shepherds here for almost a year. I always take them together bc my female (Jane) can be very scared when she doesn't have her brother (Henry) with her. Today I was in a hurry and loaded up Jane by herself. Scared and ears pinned back, as I predicted, I just let the vet techs know that she would be pretty timid getting a shot without Henry there too. The Vet Wellness Clinic staff was unbelievably loving and sweet to Jane, from the waiting room I could hear them encouraging Jane the whole time. When they were all done, Jane trotted happily back into the waiting room, tail wagging, ears straight up and happy to see me. I laughed and asked "what did you do to my scared dog?", one of the staff members replied, "just gave her hugs and a little cheese wiz for being a good girl". The staffed loved on my shy pooch and made her feel comfortable and happy. That's a sign of a great vet with great staff to me. To care so much to go the extra mile to make a dog comfortable and happy means so much to me and shows what high caliber of people work here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!!!!! I took my poodle here for an emergency C-section mom and all 10 puppies were fine that night. When I picked her up in the morning the vet decided not to send her home with pain meds after having major surgery and because she was in so much pain she snapped and killed 3 of her puppies. My regular vet got pain meds in her as soon as she could and my poodle has been a fantastic mom ever since we got her pain under control. If you want to keep your pets alive take them anywhere else!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! This is the first negative review I've ever written, but I feel like people need to be aware before they bring their pets here. I brought my dog here for a dental cleaning. During her consultation I was told that her teeth weren't too bad, and and she probably wouldn't need any extractions. "At most maybe two." They pulled 19 teeth!!! She's 5 years old!! I understand that maybe they got the initial exam wrong, and perhaps she needed all 19 pulled, but minimally I would have expected a phone call to tell me what the new plan was. I would have asked them to stop so I could get a second opinion. At 5 years old I would have wanted to be 100% sure that pulling 19 teeth was medically necessary. She no longer has upper molars to chew with! No one communicated with me at all until 9 hours after I dropped her off. When I asked the doctor how many teeth she had left she didn't even know. When I voiced my concerns at the front desk it was pretty obvious no one cared. Take your pet to a place that has a better level of communication from their providers so you can make the best decisions for the health of your pets. This is not that place.

We were very pleased with Dr. Koch for our emergency visit with our labradoodle. They were very thorough, accommodating, and took their time with us. Definitely recommend them!!

Not only the best prices in town but also a very clean facility and such wonderful staff! We had a late night emergency with our senior dog and had to come right away. Everyone was so helpful and passionate. They stayed late with us and didn't make us feel rushed at all. I now use this Vet for all my fur babies needs and highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome and always takes care of me and my doggo! Will continue to go here for sure

Everyone was AMAZING at this clinic especially the vet, Dr. Koch!!!! I had to bring my sweet dog Charlie in for an emergency. He passed but I've never seen so much compassion, kindness, and empathy from someone who didn't know me or Charlie. Thank you so much. You all helped me through a difficult time.

This veterinary office is absolutely amazing. I have had nothing but crummy experiences with another veterinary clinic, and to be honest I wasn't expecting anything amazing. But the people at this clinic are absolutely incredible. They are very thoughtful and kind to the owner and the animals. They have now provided care for two of my dogs, and provided quick and complete service at the best prices I have ever paid. They don't try to push you on anything, and they take their time to explain what is going on with your pet. And, as sad as it was for me, they put two of my very elderly cats to sleep when it was their time to cross the rainbow bridge. Those were two very awful days for me personally, but they were so kind and patient with my family as we grieved. It is rare in this day and age when you stumble upon a group of people who pour their heart into what they do --- and I have found it at this clinic! Thank you for all you guys do!

I’m new in town and took my Brussels Griffon in for all of his shots , what super nice people the staff are there, they couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining my options and the prices of medication! My normally nervous boy was actually very good because the staff handled him with great care, l would recommend them for all your fur babies needs!

Best staff ever!!! We came in late one light bc our dog had a corneal ulcer and the staff took great care of our Buddy. The vet even picked up Buddy and put him in my car because he was being stubborn lol. 10/10

Brought my cat in tonight because of an infected teeth, bleeding from his mouth and not eating. The staff and Dr Baker were very helpful and explained everything and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend.

I needed an appointment for my 11 month old cat for some eye discharge he has been having. They were able to get me an appt same day at the time I needed. The vet tech and the vet were very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. There were no surprise fees and very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend taking your fur babies here for any vet needs!!!!

Very compassionate and caring staff. We had to euthanize our elderly golden retriever and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. In contrast to other veterinarians in the area, you feel more like an valued customer and not a number.

Updating my review we went from two stars down to one star. My advice as a dog the owner is to avoid this veterinarian at all costs, they are riddled with unethical practices and scams. Their prices change based on how you literally come into the building a walk in versus an appointment. It’s also a lot more than that, you never actually see the veterinarian/the doctor nor do you receive any test results that they claim to have done.

Went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs in the middle of a pandemic. Very grateful for their extra effort and positive attitudes.

This place is wonderful with even the most difficult dog and their prices are fabulous! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my 3 fur babies especially after the nightmare of care one of my dogs had at another vet in town!

My 6 year old Great Dane needed a knee replacement. She's a young 6 year old Great Dane, but none the less, she's a6 year old Dane with a life expectancy of 8 years. We went ahead and did the knee reagent which was no where in our budget and couldn't be happier to see her running figure 8"s through the yard again like nothing ever happened. Not gonna lie, the rehab was a bit touch and go but worked out beautifully . I'll never see another vet for my pets needs.

I trust these guys with my pets! They are caring and truly do an excellent job. The compassion the doctor showed before my eyes was so refreshing. I normally don't do reviews, but they are truly stellar here. I am grateful that I have them. My pets are almost human. This Vet treats them that way.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my pet family.

Took two kittens in for emergency treatment and Dr Cook was superb.

This staff is top notch. We suddenly had to put our Dudley down last Friday. The vet tech even teared up as she explained our options. The vet was amazing, and the staff was so compassionate. For a terrible and heart wrenching situation, they made it better. We also got the sweetest card in the mail from them yesterday, it had my baby's nose print. Thank you to the wonderful staff! My family truly appreciated all you did for our family ❤️

This clinic is the very best! You never feel rushed—they always spend as much time as needed to answer questions ... even the dumb ones????. So caring and reassuring. Always helpful when weighing out treatment options vs cost. Can’t ask for better availability and accommodation when you’re in a bind with a sick one.
