Four Paws Pet Spa Franklin, Tennessee

My schnauzer Kevin had horrible mats in his fur and I couldn’t seem to get rid of them. They were able to get Kevin in last minute. When I picked Kevin up, he looked amazing. No mats! They were very sweet and took care of my boy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new groomer. I’m sorry I can’t seem to remember the groomer’s name, but I’m sure all the groomers there are very knowledgeable and talented! Thank you Four Paws Pet Spa!

I love this place! They are really responsive, helpful with last minute bookings, and a well operated local business. We have a 1 year old French Bulldog and we have exclusively brought her here for what we call "spa days" since she was a puppy. They do the best job in the Nashville/Franklin area, hands down. Daisy comes home smelling and feeling as fancy as she thinks she is!

Not taking new clients and didn't offer any alternatives or a wait list. Can't really put in a star rating as far as their skills or service, but just a heads up not to waste your time trying to get in.

Staff was nice. Did a great job. Definitely will be back.

They are great to Chewy and he loves his girl Allison! Not sure if they are open to new clients but when they are, I highly recommend them for any dog grooming.

Friendly staff, clean kennels, my Labrador was asleep in the crate when I came to get him. That told me he was comfortable ... Definitely will use again.

I would not recommend it, during the worst part of the pandemic they never weared masks and they didn't have any controls on place. Also if you have an appointment it doesn't matter!!! your pet will sit in a corner waiting other 3-4 pets before to be attended. As I note I am not giving reviews all the time unless I am very unpleassed or very pleassed unfortunately this was the case where I was not happy. So please don't try to take away the credit of my comment. I think reviews are also opportunities for improvement

My dog’s appointment was at 11:30, my husband went to pick him up at 2:45 and they had not started on his trim. When the owner ask who he was there to pick up , she mumbled under her breath (Baddog) ___? Terrible customer service !!

They are so great! Everyone was so friendly & kind. You can tell they truly care about each guest and they did an incredible job bathing and trimming my 2 Australian Shepherds! I will absolutely be a returning guest!

I have been taking my 2 Yorkies to Four Paws for since moving to Franklin 9 months ago. Every time I have been, they have been groomed by a different person, which I was "OK" with (meaning inconsistent and I had to always describe what I was wanting). Today I received a text and an email confirming my appointment for tomorrow. I then received a phone call that "MY" groomer had left and that my appointment was going to be cancelled unless I rescheduled. When I asked to reschedule, it was going to be another 6 weeks. I made the first appointment 6 weeks ago!!! Owner made NO effort to accommodate me before then. Guess loyalty and customer service mean nothing.

Great service and best value for Franklin. Took my dog there for a full cut/grooming for the first time. They paid attention to what I wanted done and asked for a picture. Will definitely be back for regular appointments!

I absolutely LOVE taking my dog to Four Paws. I struggled finding a good groomer that would cut my dogs hair in a way that still captures his personality, but Four Paws does just that. I am always thrilled with their services and they treat my dog like family. I only take my dog to them!

Great place! The groomers are friendly and the grooming is done in the open. It's very clean. I think it was Alison who groomed my schnauzers. She did them exactly how I wanted them.

Sarah is one of the best people and groomers I know! I’m SO excited for her location to open up and keep bringing both my dogs to her. She does such a good job taking care of them and helping me keep up with their grooming, and they love to see her!

I love the craftsmanship of the employees here. Top notch service, I have 2 Great Pyrenees 95 lbs ea. I take both of them to Four Paws for grooming. Always met by friendly professional folks. They do awesomesauce washing and cutting my 2 dogs. I'm never disappointed and the prices are the best I've found. I drive from Murfreesboro to Franklin, and would not have anyone else care for my pets

This is a relative new grooming spa in Franklin. My wife and I have taken our dog here twice and we are thrilled. The value is there from a value perspective and its not difficult to get an appointment. I recommend them highly.

Sarah’s love for animals shows in everything she does. She takes care of my little pup!!!! And has groomed and babysat her for 11 years! This pet spa is beautiful, convenient to our home, and provides a loving grooming for my nervous little dog!

The owner/operator of this Pet Spa, Sarah, clearly loves the animals brought to her as she takes time with each as she grooms them and like I do with my own, as I'm sure others do with their fur babies, she talks to them like little humans. Her work is meticulous and the entire crew there is wonderful. To me, there's no better place to take your fur babies for grooming.

I brought my pup in and we loved it! The place had a very friendly, wholesome, and relaxing environment. My dog can sometimes be nervous around new dogs and new people,but he took really well to the facility and his surroundings. It was very clean and modern. I will definitely come back!

Dodger and Lucy had a great experience. They were clean and fluffy, playing and smiling when I came to pick them up. Weeks later they are still fluffy and smeling clean. Definitely will be a regular visit for our fur family going forward.
