Dr B has a deep resonating compassion for animals this mixed with his thirst of knowledge creativity and love of animals helps him to provide the best upstanding care that your baby could possibly receive. Though the establishment seems modest to the naked eye the care compassion and willingness to go above and beyond helps make this establishment much more than that. All of this mixed with the friendly staff helped create the best experience I have ever experienced well seeking out medical Care for my fur baby. Absolutely incredible Animal Hospital. Had an emergency and Caring Hands went over and above to treat and care for my dog. The prices are mind blowing also! If there was a sixth star, they would get it!

Everyone I met was super nice. I had my 2 cats neutered and they were back to normal in no time. It’s a small local place. Parking can be difficult- but hey it’s downtown Franklin. Prices seemed fair and staff super nice.

I have been bringing our furry family here for some years. The service is excellent! The staff is great, Dr Bernander is such a great vet and spends a lot of time addressing concerns we’ve had, he is a straight forward Dr and cost is always less than expected. Kathelene in reception is always so helpful and sweet. She always asks about how our other pets are doing that aren’t there to be seen. The only drawback is if you get an appointment before noon, seems like Dr Bernander always runs behind around then. I give them a 4.5 out of 5! The staff definitely has good old southern hospitality???? They make you feel right at home!

These guys are the real-deal. There are Vets and there are Vets....The staff here are thoughtful and really "caring" about our guys. We have cats and a dog. we always feel that they are trying hard to make everything they do as affordable as possible. That's all you can ask for and it is lovely, that there are people like that still. I am looking at our cat right now, who was really sick a few days ago. we took him in that morning and he is now comfortably resting...no drama, all good...

Dr. Bernander is the best vet ever. He’s been taking care of our little sisters Kitty and Loki like they were his own pets. When Kitty got deathly sick he took her home with him to keep an extra close eye on her. Caring hands and hearts abound. All the people who work there are so dedicated to their patients. As long as they are in business they will be the only place we take our girls. Love these people!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The building needs a few repairs but the Veterinarian and his wife were so sweet and kind. I felt like the wait time and care were comperable to bigger vet's offices but it felt much more personal and sincere than the bigger conglomerate might be. I love to support a local business!

I have cats and am happy with Dr. B. And staff. I like knowing what the bloodwork indicates while i am there. He truly loves animals and is very knowledgeable. My sister is taking her 7 lb yorkie there for grooming. Holli the groomer is great. Snickers had not wanted to go before and was upset when she was picked up and now hates baths. She loves Holli and is not upset after being groomed and when picked up she is just fine. I recommend Caring hands Aninal Hospital.

The doc took very good care of my dog.. He was neutered and stayed over night.. highly recommend..

This place is a good one to take your pet to. I just found this place and have used them for fixing my dogs. Some of them dogs I have are allergic to leashes.. can’t walk on those things. The people have been real nice, they’ve helped us carry two big dogs in. And they some big I boys

I like this dr a lot. Been taking my son’s old dog there for years. This last time, we had the best customer service we’ve ever experienced there in 6 years of going there. Catherine at the front is such a sweet and nice person, expressed genuine concern for our ol’ girl. She took us to to a room like they always do but was petting on her and talking to her as if it were her dog. Usually it’s an older lady quick to check us in and quick to leave the room. This last visit we experienced a genuine person check us in and taking care of us. The doctor is a great, he can take a while getting in the room at times. He loves her and wants to help us, help her lose some weight because of possible issues. A-, only because Dr should be in the room sooner. Kudos on better staffing up front.
