Berry Farms Animal Hospital & Pet Spa Franklin, Tennessee

So far very good. We have been going for about 2 months since we got a new puppy. Service has been excellent. Wait times are very short. Time spent answering all our questions ha been excellent. Explanations of what is being done has been very good.

Switched to this vet about a year ago after being with another for many years. We have appreciated the new approach a lot. We have a dog with a nasty heart condition, and it has been good to get the whole truth, even when we don't like what we're hearing.

They were great with my dog.

I noticed an injured bird outside the office. I thought I would stop in and just see if they could help. I was told they do not help wild animals, which is understandable, but they answered rudely. I have no idea why, I was just trying to help an injured animal. I asked if there was any other place I could call that might help. I was told a place I could call but that "they won't come help". I honestly don't understand why they were so rude. I'm glad I don't take my pets here. They had zero concern about an animal a few steps from their door.

This place has so many goodies for both owner and pup. They staff was very nice and caring. If you are just browsing or window shopping go on in, have a blast!

Best Vet and Groomer for my fur babes.

Dr. McKee has been our Vet for many years. I have yet to meet a more sincere doctor who cares for each and every (fur) patient and family. His knowledge is awesome when it comes to our precious min pin. We also appreciate the spa who clips his nails. BTW his nickname is KILLER

I brought my golden-doodle, Preslee, in for the first time to this spa, she was quite over grown and needed a generous trim. Dana took care of her and she did a fantastic job! It’s the best Preslee has looked in years. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve only been here for the grooming services. Even though their prices are a bit higher than chain pet stores and other locations, they always do a great job of calming your dog and getting the desired style that you want for your pet.

I use this business for two senior pets of m UK ne. Great vets and staff. I highly recommend this business.

I was desperate to get some relief for my nine year old Shih Tzu, who has a really bad yeast infection and I have been taking her to my Vet for this for many months. She was scratching constantly and she had raw places on her skin. Someone told me I should.take her to Berry Farm Animal Hospital. I live 40+ miles from Franklin and I dreaded the drive on I-65. I finally agreed to let someone take her for me to Berry Farms, and I am so excited for the treatment my fur baby received. She is doing much better and I believe that she will finally be her old self. I prayed for her to get some relief from this horrible yeast infection over her whole body, and I know I am on my way to have my prayers answered. Thank you Dr. McInturff

The doctors were very nice but the staff was horrible. I called a day in advance to ask for pricing of rabies shot and they told me $20. Then when it was time to pay, bill was 60.

I went here last minute upon the recommendation of a friend. They were very busy, but I was able to get an groomer appointment for the next day... lucky for me. Assorted pet toys... attached to the vet office is a big plus and gives peace of mind just knowing it is there.

Best vet in town, Always treats us and our dogs with the upmost kindness and you can see the techs do it because they love the animals.

Called to set up a new grooming appointment (new to Franklin, looking for a groomer). Was immediately told to hold. Was kept on hold for a few minutes and then asked if they could take my number and call me back. Never asked why I was calling nor apologized. Made me imagine what if I was calling to check on my pet. Compliments on being busy, but not a great first impression. A little more professionalism is desired.

Crystal exceeded my expectations with grooming! Not only did she do a great job with the cut but she took special care of my pup that has a lot of problems (incontinence/seizures/ccl tears). That mattered more than anything to me. ????????????

Dr Cason is one of the most approachable and caring vets you will ever meet . Hes like 3rd gen vet so loving and treating pets is in his blood. Ft desk is awesome too. Morgan loves him.

Overpriced and did not complete what was requested. Performed services NOT requested at over inflated prices. Put my dog at risk because they did not know, nor did the vet research the correct procedure for treatment.

Brought in dog with sore foot. Thought he had a cut or thorn. Dr. immediately did $200 x-rays, no physical exam, found nothing. Gave Rx for analgesics. Said he could see thorn or cut on x-rays!

They are wonderful! I brought in our sweet, newly adopted dog for vetting and a groom. Everyone from staff at the front desk, to the vet to the groomer took such good care of her, going over and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She did wonderfully and remained so calm thanks to their care and kindness. Everyone was so sweet to both of us, and spent time answering any questions that we had. Nicole is a fabulous groomer as well! We really appreciate this place and will definitely be back!

I love the doctors here-they take really good care of our dogs & cats and the groomers are AMAZING! They bath & shave my evil 20 lb cat, and the de-shedding treatment is a must for all our dogs, but the Great Pyrenees mix it’s a lifesaver!

I highly recommend Beery Farms Animal Hospital. Their whole staff is knowledgeable, prompt, and most importantly they all love the animals they treat. Also, hospital is clean and welcoming!

Staff and Doctors here are fantastic. Dr. Mitch super caring and professional. Love the kennel folks. All three dogs have stayed, our lab has had emergency surgery and the outcome, recovery and care, super.

Huge parking lot and everyone is very helpful! The grooming salon is amazing and one once again so helpful! I cant wait to go back! An everyone is so sweet i just love it!!! I also feel very comfortable bc no one is ever hesitate to answer my questions which make me feel safe about leaving my dog. Such wonderful staff i could go on an on about how much I love this this place! Very trustworthy i don't worry one bit when my furbaby is there????????

I took my dog for his first groom and was quoted a price. I brought in all my dog's vets records. He had just had his annual examination and vaccination at our regular vet. When they called me to pick up my dog, they had performed a fecal exam on him without my permission and charged me for it. I have never had anyone perform a service that I didn't request or approve. They said that the form which they had me sign gave them the right to do that. It was explained to me that it was for matting. I will not be going back nor recommending them to anyone.
