Had a crazy situation this office was able to fix for me. I noticed two huskies roaming my neighborhood having escaped from their yard. I got them inside my fence but they had no collars or identification. My sister reached out to this office & they had us bring them in to check for microchips. Brendan was not only able to find the microchip info but also called the owners & arranged for them to meet us at the office to pick up the huskies. Brendan went above & beyond to help us out in this weird situation & ensured those lost dogs got back home.

We've been with Banfield for a long time but in California and so it was great to be able to call the Franklin location and they had all of our Lab's records and we could continue to use their excellent Pet Wellness Plan. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and took Lucy to check her out and said I didn't have to wait there the whole time. I got a call from Dr Valentine who was wonderful to talk to and said everything had checked out good. Very happy with their services and the normal costs for everything would have been over $600 but because of the plan it only cost $205 for just the flea and heartworm meds. We always save a lot of money with their plan so I recommend people to check it out, it will save you tons.

Not sure what happened. Went from great services to not knowing our animals ailments and having to remind them every time we came for a visit or called to set one up.

This was the first place we brought our pup. We loved it at first. In fact, when they opened we were one of their first 100 customers. We loved the staff and doctors. Since then, and more recently, customer service has been atrocious. I called them TODAY about my dog potentially having kennel cough, and the person at the front basically said they will try and have a vet call me back. Which I knew wasn’t going to happen, because several weeks ago we needed to change her heart worm medication. I called 3 times, was told a vet would call me back, never happened. Again - today, my dog has been coughing, and nobody called us. We have an optimal wellness plan - we pay every month without fail - we are ideal customers. But they just don’t have knowledgeable front desk folk or the systems to get answers even when your dog is sick! The last time we went in for my dogs semi-annual check up, they didn’t take my pup back for like 15 minutes. I was the only person there and it was an early morning drop off, and the two people in the front were just chilling like there was a reason I was waiting but then when I said “ok, what’s up?” They were like “oh, actually I can take her back.” So weird- no urgency or reading the room to realize it was abnormal to be standing in the lobby for no reason. A month after that visit, I had to pick up her new medication. They had her weight from her last visit - I called to see if I could pick it up - they said it was no big deal, to come by. When I arrive - she said she was 49 lbs and I was surprised since she is normally 42 so I said that. And even though they had her ACCURATE weight, they didn’t give me the medication until we brought her back in to get weighed. Because their scale was more accurate than ours...ours measured her at 48. : | I just wanted to medicate my dog because she hadn’t had her heart worm meds in a month and I was getting concerned that something could happen. Just wild how they take my money when my dog is ok - but unresponsive when my dog isn’t at 100%!!! When you’d ACTUALLY need a vet!

I can't rave about this place enough! We see Dr Gillam and our dog loves her and he gets excited to go see her! They always call before do any procedures and tell you what is going on and how much it will be and do you want them to go ahead. They are just amazing

Not real sure how I feel about this place. They give you the opportunity to download a coupon for your first visit for free. Well I downloaded it and upon leaving I had a bill due for almost $60. I was so concerned about my poor little dog Sofie that I didn't even want to get into it and just paid them. I took the prescription they give me to a Walgreens and only after I give it to the pharmacy did I realize that the vet never put an actual medicine name brand on the prescription. She only wrote that I should get eye drops. The pharmacy had to call her and ask her to be more pacific. Finally I ended up getting a cream like an ointment to put in my dog's eye.

Dr. Gilliam and the rest of the staff is fantastic! My pup has always been fearful of the vet and they always go the extra mile to make him (and I) as comfortable as possible. Their customer service is unmatched. When my pup was sick Dr. Gilliam went above and beyond to try to determine what was causing his issues. I’m grateful for her dedication and obvious passion for ensuring pet heath.

We unfortunately had to put down our 13 yr old pit. They were very accommodating and sensitive. Even in the midst of covid19 isolation. About a week later they sent us the nicest condolences card with a personal message from everyone that worked there. Made my wifey cry. Great vet. Were going to them from this point forward even though we live 40min away I cant say enough positive things about this vet. Dr. Dobson especially.

I am so grateful for Dr. Gilliam and the outstanding techs, they have become family. My dog was extremely sick last year and each and everyone of them supplied not only comfort for Lilly Belle & I but went out of their way to help her any way they could. If your dog is your child as mine is, you know how important it is to have quality care & honest answers about their health. I truly believe my dog is alive today because of their outstanding treatment, communication & love. Love this team so much!

They do plan work on pets before your signed up. They run up the charges to back door force you to signing.... terrible business practice by this banfield. Went and ask about their scheme and got completely blown off...they pretty much said too bad. Check out the BBB on Banfield before entering. Charges are completely unreasonable. Stir Clear people !!!

I love Banfield! I have been a receptionist at two non-corporate animal hospitals and I don't care that they are much cheaper, I will not go back to those places! The atmosphere here is wonderful, the doctors call when they say they will. They are open everyday. The preventative care plan is worth it! It is important to note that it is NOT pet insurance. There is more than one Banfield! I was unable to get my dogs seen after a bloody fight at Murfreesboro Banfield, but they called the other offices for me to check availability.

I had a wonderful experience with this Vet. They were super good humored about my high energy pug (due to Covid we couldn't go in to help wrangle the rascal) and weren't pushy and trying to get us to do things we weren't interested in. He will definitely be back and I'll be making an appointment for my senior pug in the future too.

Dr Gillum is amazing with all of my dogs. She treats them like they are her own and does an amazing job everyday. The team is responsive and they recognize the dogs and us on site when we walk in making us feel welcome and simplifying the process of getting two big horse dogs into the vet's office for routine work.

Love this hospital, the staff are friendly & helpful. They seem to genuinely care about my dogs. My Pomeranian is always eating something so I call them & they are always helpful, telling me what signs to look for. I'm paid once a month & they are willing to work with me on the payment if he needs to be seen. I definitely recommend this Banfield location.
