Hands down the best animal clinic in Tennessee and best job I ever had in my career in vet medicine. If I still lived in Nashville or nearby in Tennessee, I would definitely take my pets there. Top notch.

Top-notch, absolutely wonderful vet! Worth every penny. I have a special needs dog who has been coming here since being a puppy. She is extremely anxious in situations such as going to the vet. When she arrives at the clinic, she will certainly let you know how much she is scared to be there. However, all of the vets and vet techs at Animalia have been kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my dog felt as safe and least stressed as possible. This means being a little creative sometimes! Dr. Lewis is extremely knowledgeable. She takes her time, listens, and really cares about each pet she treats, while offering great advice and treatment plans. For any medical procedures, Animalia takes extra care to ensure your pet is safe and in good hands throughout the entire process. I would recommend Animalia each and every time to anyone that asks.

Dr. Leahey and all the staff make you feel as if you are the only patient. They take the time to listen, understand and come back with options. I am so grateful for the caring attitudes and thoughtfulness.

Addition to review 11.23: Had our first visit as new patient with Dr Batey and Madison. This was the very first time in visiting a vet where Josie, my dachshund, actually wagged her tail with the vet and vet tech. Dr and Madison took time to give Josie cheese and get down on the floor with her to help her feel less anxious. Dr Batey has doxies and is very familiar with their habits and physiology. She was able to diagnose an issue with Josie which was missed by my previous vet and answered all of my questions and prescribed remedies for calming Josie's anxieties. I very much appreciated the care and concern both demonstrated. Transfer of Care: 11.18 Just worked with Andrea to transfer the records for my dachshund Josie to Animalia and she went out of her way to schedule to find an early appointment with Dr Batey who is very familiar with the breed. She was kind enough to say Josie and I can visit prior to her appointment as well so she doe not just associate the clinic with nail trims! Andrea's professionalism and genuine care were greatly appreciated and I'm looking forward to our visit...even though Josie may not be!

Such an amazing and knowledgable staff! Had an emergency with my dog busting through a window pane. Dr. Emily Leahey and staff assessed what needed to be done and carefully stitched up my pup. So thankful for their welcoming and calm environment amidst a stressful situation. It really helped knowing my dog was in good hands!

I came here on the recommendation of my vet as they are working with me to get all the necessary tests and vaccines required so I can take fur baby back to Australia. Wonderful team and extremely friendly.

Everyone was so amazing. The vet has been so stressful for the dog and I and everyone was so helpful and kind. I am so thankful to have found a place so wonderful with anxious dogs

We really enjoyed our visit to Animalia. The vet techs, staff, and Dr. Malone were personable and friendly, and my dogs seemed to like all of them. We were very pleased with the care we received and look forward to a long relationship with Animalia!

I brought my cat to Animalia after being unhappy with previous care elsewhere. Dr. Malone identified issues that had been misdiagnosed AND overlooked by previous vets. I will never regret switching my cat's care to Animalia. He is happier and heathier than ever, and we would not be here without Dr. Malone! The vets and staff at both Animalia and VRSM are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I have not received more thorough care at any other clinic!

Dr. Mosier has been great! I was afraid my older cat was not going to make it. Dr.Mosier has been wonderful in helping me to keep my cat alive and well.

I was very impressed with my first experience at Animalia. The clinic is gorgeous inside and out; the staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. I brought my dog in to have a minor cut looked at and was in and out in less than thirty minutes and for less than $75 (including the exam fee and antibiotic ointment the vet prescribed). We will be making this our home clinic from now on.

We always have a great experience here and love the entire staff. Dr. Batey was so understanding and patient with my elderly mother and took a lot of time to help her understand the diagnosis and treatment plan. You couldn't ask for more.

You guys are great! I'll have to rack my brain to think of how you could be even better. Okay, got it! Please have techs wear name badges. There are so many, but we don't recall who's who. Also, we would've liked to know that Dr. Moser's schedule was switched to surgery on our day, but we enjoyed meeting and having Dr. Malone.

This is the best Veterinarian Practice that we've been to. They truly treat you like family. We have 2 St. Bernards, Dixie who is 2 & Mako who's 1 year. They are huge and wonderful babies but Mako is very leary of new people. I have to say, he didn't bark once and he was the best angel ever. We were so surprised and happy. No anxiety or stress! CAN YOU IMAGINE how good they felt? It's great to know that there are people in the world that truly love animals and want to to help them.

I used to be a former pet sitter and am also a pet owner and have been to many vets - not only in Tennessee but also in Texas. This is by far the most outstanding vet I have ever been to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient to answering any of your questions. Last year my cat had developed a bad cough and the vet I went to never really solved the problem...I took my cat Snail Mail to Animalia for the same problem this week and they got to the root of the problem and now I see a major improvement in his overall behavior and demeanor. Not to mention, the facility itself is gorgeous!! Thank you Animalia for taking care of my Snaily!

Our puppy has been a client of Animalia since we brought her home at 8 weeks old. She is now 1 year old and we have been very pleased with the care and attention we have received. Even during Covid restraints, their staff made sure we got the best of care by picking up our puppy from our car and returning her to us for a face to face visit with her Vet Dr. Kathy Lewis. Dr. Lewis has been a perfect fit for us. We also had our puppy spayed this year at Animalia with not problems at all. I love that I can call or email with questions to see if I need to bring her in. Animalia works well with The Farm at Natchez Trace too! What a calm, beautiful campus that we love visiting.

I've been taking my 14 year old dog to Animalia & VRSM for a year now and they are fantastic. He gets physical therapy weekly and has really extended his life. Dr. Turner is gentle and loving to my dog, as are all of the techs who work with him during therapy. I have thoroughly enjoyed taking him this past year and would highly recommend VRSM to anyone who needs rehab for their dog.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. Also, I like that they offer traditional and holistic treatments, acupuncture, water therapy and more. I feel like my fur citizens are in the best hands. Even if you have to drive a ways to get to them, as I do, they're worth it.

I have had dogs all my life, and in turn I have taken dogs to the vet all my life. I never knew a vet clinic could feel like a family until we started receiving care with Animalia. The people here are truly amazing. I had to say goodbye to my precious fur baby Dolly Parton today. I know you’re not suppose to have favorites... but she was. It was one of the hardest and most heart wrenching things I have ever done. She was my child as far as I am concerned and it hurt so much to say those goodbyes. While saying this I have to also say how amazing the entire staff is at Animalia. Dolly had been coming there for therapy session for quite a while and also had her eye removed and regular checkups. She was treated like a local celebrity during her time there. And when it came to her last day she was treated no differently. The staff was so kind and considerate. They brought her out into the field in a private area for my husband and I to say our goodbyes. Some of the staff came out to say some of their goodbyes as well. One staff member even brought her out a fancy cupcake for her to eat. The hour or so we took to say our goodbyes they did not rush us, they were considerate, they brought us and Dolly all the things to be comfortable. I honestly felt like this is how Dolly would want to go... in a field with the sun shining down on her, after a truck ride and surrounded by myself, my husband and staff who truly loved her. She went peacefully this afternoon. I will miss her every day but I know her last day could not have been more lovely. I could not have asked for a better group of people to have cared for her. This group of people at Animalia are angels and if anyone is looking for a vet clinic that have hearts of gold, and will give you and your fur baby the love, care, and time you and your fur baby deserve I HIGHLY recommend this clinic. I don’t know how I would have made it through the day without them. If y’all are reading this, we thank you, and Dolly thanks you.
