Took our dog in for an overnight with very little notice. Then they came and met us for pickup after hours. Excellent customer service. You can tell they are really passionate about working with animals. Definitely recommended.

I took my cat cocoa I had 15 years to this veterinarian as she was failing quickly. When I got to their office wonder if the nurses ran to my car to get her and bring her inside and the doctor looked at her immediately. She was failing due to kidney failure and it happened in a matter of a few days. Dr t is a female veterinarian that sat on the floor talking to me while I subbed my eyes out knowing that the choice to let my kitty go was the only choice. I'm going back with my other cat next week and I know that my experience will be excellent as it was the first time.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Woody's expertise. The pom/chi mix I'm fostering for Critter Cavalry left my house as a sweet, cuddly dog after 4 months of fostering. I couldn't understand that his adoptive family was having issues with him biting. He was returned after 9 months for the behavior by kind, regretful owners who had been diligent in taking him to the vet and trainers. When he returned - he began biting me. He's seen multiple vets over the years, and we couldn't get to the bottom of it. Is it psychological? Pain? Just crazy? Dr. Woody recommendations have saved this dog. We have him on a system of nerve pain management that has returned him to the sweet boy I met over a year ago. Dr. Woody's expertise in the right combination of pain meds was impressive and accurate. You would never know this dog who flies around the dog park and is always up for a wrestle would be experiencing the severe nerve pain that Dr. Woody diagnosed. Thank you!

Excellent and thorough service. Couldn’t be happier. Staff is kind, attentive, and truly believe in the support they are providing to help animals. Also excellent Covid procedures to keep everyone safe. I added a photo on my dog, Rocky while he was waiting to be seen. Sadly, he passed away this week, but I’m grateful he got the love and attention he needed in his final months.

What can I say other than THANK YOU Doc Woody & staff?! We have been taking our babies to AHC Franklin for over 27 yrs now & wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. We have been through good times & sad times with them & the advise, knowledge and care you & your pet receive from every person on staff is second to none and most importantly genuine. We've been through pet illness, surgeries, dental, routine care & have said goodbye to 2 of our precious fur babies in those years. Doc Woody, Jess, Amy & every single vet and staff member makes us feel as if our little Elliott & Katie are their only clients. Doc Woody over the yrs has taken 2am calls, seen us in clinic at midnight & on a few Sundays. He is so incredibly knowledgeable & takes the time to explain any questions we may have. He gives alternatives when avail & always gives knowledgable guidance. His compassion for your baby & also for you is never lacking. You would think that after doing this for, what?... 100 yrs now (LOL, Doc Woody) that it would become routine & run of the mill for him but it's as if he just started practicing & your precious fur baby is his own. When our grand-dog became very ill last yr our daughter drove him over 300 miles from Indiana just to get another opinion...not just any opinion but Doc Woody's opinion :) I could go on & on because I can't say enough good about AHC, Doc Woody and the entire staff other than from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU, THANK YOU for caring for & loving every precious pet that walks through your door❤

We had to have our family pet of 17 years put to sleep due to kidney failure. Everyone at Animal Health Center were do thoughtful and helped us through the process! I highly recommend them. They also have a great grooming service!

We love the staff at Dr. Woody’s office. They are so caring and take great care of our pups. We have been clients through every aspect of a pup’s life and have felt supported all along the way! The attached picture is out 1 yr old after his grooming.

This was not my dog's primary vet when it was time to let him go, but having been there before I asked to bring him there. The staff here makes you feel so comfortable. They are beyond kind and welcoming and sensitive to what you are about to experience. I know when it comes to getting another dog and choosing a primary vet, I will be coming here. Great staff and always eager to help

A FIRST IMPRESSION is a LASTING IMPRESSION!! I called Animal Health Center Franklin in a desperate state on Sat 12/26 for a walk-in for my boy Jaxson since his normal vet was closed. Jaxson was having a reaction affecting his throat and tongue. When I called Vet Tech Jessie informed me they don't usually see NEW CLIENTS on Saturday but because I"m certain she heard the desperation in my voice she quickly checked with Doc Woody who graciously said to bring him on by! Upon arrival at the clinic I was pleased to see they had strict COVID protocols in place but also nervous that I would not be able to go inside with Jax, since he usually acts out in fear and can be snippy at the Vet. Jessie was so great with him and allowed him a moment to greet her safely and when I handed him to her per her great instructions, he went willingly. I was able to breathe a sigh of relief that he was accepting of her so quickly and went with her without a fuss. Not a short time later out comes the Doctor himself with Jax snugly and calmly tucked under his arm. I couldn't believe my eyes! I appreciated Doc Woody's thorough explanation and care of Jaxson, he and Jessie made us both feel very comfortable. Dogs can truly sense a person's spirit and how well Jaxson received them is a testament the true passion I believe this Vet Staff has. They won our trust and gratitude immediately.... We might me making a permanent switch here soon! Thank you!!
