Love the care and cut for the price

My puppy is always happy to visit and looks fabulous when I pick him up!

This place is wonderful very grateful for taking my fur baby on such a short notice. I'll never take him anyplace else. Friendly, clean and never has my Yorkie ever been so comfortable with a groomer

Brought my pit here to have her nails trimmed and he was so good about clipping her nails and not being scared of her. I am so happy I found someone to clip her nails. She did have to be muzzled at my request. He didn't really want her muzzled but did because I asked him to. I will continue to take my pit here.

I absolutely love puppy love kennels. Their staff is so sweet and care about the animals!!! They take their time and do the job right. I’ve been bringing my husky Shepard mix here for over a year and this is the only place I will take her!!! I thank you guys for taking such good care of my baby!!!!!

Not a busy grooming shop and I see why. My dogs were scared to death when I took them in for their 2nd grooming. They both had cuts to their skin from careless grooming. Maybe if ur not wanting a close cut it might work for ur pet but mine aren't going back. I'll go back to using Pet Paradise who are booked well in advance but treat ur pets very well. Bottom line is how well do u love ur dogs?

as one who never writes any bad reviews this will be a good one. I have been brining my dog to puppy love for the past 3 years. I have never had an issue till the last few times I've taken her. I called a few days ahead and made her an appointment. went to take her in yesterday dropped her off. the woman told me it would be a couple of hours. this was at 10 when I dropped her off. well fast forward to 1:45... I call she is still not ready. I explain that I have to be at work at 3. the woman then says I can have her ready by 2:45 the earliest. I told her not to rush because i didnt want her to Jack up her hair and that I would be there at 3 to pick her up. fast forecast to 3.. I go shes still not ready. they were just finishing her up. they bring her out to me and explain that my dog didnt like the woman going around her face and she trier to bite her. first of all... my dog isnt a biter... but I understand why she would now. while driving home daisy was being over excited about being with me. I dropped her off at home with my son and dad. when I get back in my car theres blood all over my seat and me that I didnt notice. went back in to do a quick check. I had to leave otherwise I was going to be late for work. I asked my dad to check her. I called to inform the woman that she was cut while she was there and we will no longer be bringing her back. she popped an attitude and asked if I could bring her back.. after already explaining to her that I had to go to work. she then asked for pics.. mam... my dad is 76 years old with a flip phone and watching my kid while I work. you can wait. this all should of been handled very differently. 1. scheduling/appointments. there is a reason people make them. if you have someone call out.. or you over book yourself you need to cut back on the dogs you take in or call and have someone else come in to help. take ownership and stop making every excuse in the world to bypass it. that would be like making a doctor's appointment for 9am and then them not getting to you till 12. its frustrating. 2. Hire more experienced people and not someone off the streets. not only did I pay $40 for her cut which is unfinished... I still have to go get her fixed.

Took both my Schnauzers for grooming , very happy with new owners, very nice staff, seemed to truly have a love for animals. Will Definitely be taking Lady & Lucy to this shop for grooming again. Very grateful to find a groomer I can trust to be good to my girls.

Left my 2 dogs with them for Thanksgiving weekend 2018 (Wednesday night through Saturday afternoon). Both dogs are female, and as girls occasionally do they'll have a fight a couple of times a year for dominance. For this reason, we've always made sure the kennel places them in separate "runs". We usually board at a different kennel, but chose this one since they were the only one locally with availability for the weekend. When my wife dropped them off on Wednesday night, the girl who took them in WAS TOLD 3 TIMES to make sure they were separated. This did not happen. When I picked the dogs up on Saturday at 4:30 p.m., the smaller dog had a 1 inch long, 1/2 inch deep bleeding laceration below her left eye. The person who helped bring the dogs to the car did not mention this injury, and I only noticed it while in the car on the way home. I immediately took her to Animal Clinic East on Gunbarrel Road, who determined she needed stitches. Animal Clinic East is my usual boarding facility, and they were shocked that this kennel did not contact me about the injury. Moreover, Animal Clinic East called me 2 weeks ago because one of my dogs being boarded there fluffed her dog bed too much while trying to get comfortable and the stuffing came out. I found that call to be a bit of overkill, but to not be contacted by this particular kennel for an injury of this magnitude is outrageous. I intend to present them with the bill that I will receive from Animal Clinic East. There may be additional actions taken regarding their licensing as well. I'd NEVER recommend their "services" to anyone who loves their pet... I've posted photos of the injury. Hopefully Google will not remove them...

Elliott is a 16 year old dog that knows what he likes and doesn’t like. But he loved them. He was terrified to go with the lady when I first left him but when I come back he wanted to stay with her because she was so nice. He look great and that made him feel great. And at a reasonable price to. Definitely going back again
