They have so many things for your furry babies and you get to take your pet to have there picture taken with Santa for free. The staff is really friendly my furry baby love the store.

Its okay. Most employees dont know the store so they can't answer questions too well. Actually, I've never had a good answer for any question I've ever asked. Most are kind of not nice. The manager was high strung and talks over people. When I went here the first time with my kitten, I said I'd never do that again because an employee left her register and followed me. She proceeded to bother me the entire time I shopped besides when someone was in line waiting for her. She was obsessed with my kitten and would not leave me alone. She hounded me about wanting to hold her and I kept telling her I'm sorry, no, and gave her my reasons. She eventually shrugged her arms in and took my kitten out of my arms anyway. My kitten wasn't interested in her either and was uncomfortable. Her hands was clearly unwashed. I dont like dirty hands on my animals. Also, my kitten had ringworm too and was currently being treated for it. I recently rescued her from a ditch. She was bathed/clean, but still had ringworm. That woman could have spread it onto the products within the store and to other animals. Very unprofessional. I dont think I'll be back much. Petco definitely has my business now and they are nicer. They have everything I need for my cat and two dogs. They are kind people there and can answer my questions.

All the interactions I've had with employees here have been great!! If you need a pet groomed, this would be one of the first places I recommend. I couldn't pick up my dog for a long time after she was groomed and I was worried about her being okay. She usually really doesn't like being at the groomer but she was happy as could be when she came back. We also don't usually ask for a haircut as short as we asked because most of the time she comes back looking a little rough but this time her hair cut was even and very nice!

I wish there was more variety of dog food on the shelves, but only because what my dog eats wasn't stocked. Excellent customer service and the young lady who checked us out was courteous and efficient.

Had exactly what i came for. Very friendly staff. I Love that people's pets are allowed.

Betty was our little rivers groomer today! She done absolutely amazing, treated her and is amazing river came out jumping like a rabbit Bc she felt like a whole new puppy!

Becoming my first place to go now. Petland has issues on ordering items or out when need and Petco just getting stupid with mandatory mask rule.

If you have a bigger size dog they don’t want you to bring them there to be groomed. I have a lab/ boxer mixed he a bigger dog and all I took him in for is a nail grinding. This is the second time within a month I have taken him. The lady advised me that he is too big and hard to handle to grind his nails. So they just clip them the best they can. My dog doesn’t like he feet to be touched and will jump if you hurt him. But other then that he’s a big baby. He has done fine for other places it just hard with my work schedule to get him with a actual groomer. She told me today her shoulder couldn’t handle having to hold his paw steady to grind his nails. We have used them several times since my dog was a puppy but they need to get people in there that actually want to work on something other then a dog that can fit in your hand.

Usually I have to find help, and I have been talked out of buying fish more than once. Like they don't want to spend the time catching them for me.

Really great service. The place was clean and had ac. There is a rescue inside the store to help animals find forever homes. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and help me figure out the best remedy for my problem.

Very clean just wished the puppies had bigger areas !

The employees were wonderful and scheduling was easy. They listened to what I wanted and agreed to what I had said. I’m disappointed in when I asked for a teddy bear face and they just cut all of his facial hair and it definitely isn’t a teddy bear cut. They also rightfully shaved his front paws, but I had mentioned that I don’t want to use a razor and they said they only use clippers. I wish they had consulted me before making his legs and face so short. I would not take my doodle here. Pretty disappointed in what I got (see photos).

The people were nice and helpful especially Lidia the trainer, but the prices were a little high.

Awesome information concerning our fish tank and why it was doing what it is doing......was able to get a new algae eater to help the tank out. We use the same lady each time and she is knowledgeable beyond anyone's wildest dreams.

Nice new store. The staff is friendly and helpful. I get my dogs allergy medication here.
