Doc Martin and staff are the best, hands down

Great service and patient. To maintain social distance the owners stay in the car while the pet goes in for treatment. They took excellent care of my little pup.

Absolutely friendly and caring staff the veterinarian was so good and willing to take time to answer all of our questions and explain everything the price for service are very reasonable I was a veterinarian technician and the clinic I worked at was a lot more expensive and the doctor goes out of his way to get you what you need and the best thing for your fur babies dosen't try to up sale things at all I will be using this clinic from now on thanks y'all so much

Dr Martin and staff are awesome. They are a loving and caring group of people that loves our children (pets). I highly recommend Dr Martin for your pets well being needs. In the long run you'll come out cheaper than any other veterinarian clinics.

His prices are reasonable and I don’t think any other vet in the surrounding Chattanooga area could be more reliable in the care of my animals. Fort Oglethorpe Pet Wellness is THE best place to take your pet if you're looking for the best care possible for them. Dr. Martin and all the staff care like no others. The compassion I've seen from them alone makes me want to go no where else. Very professional and unlike other vets I've been to around here, they care more about the animals than dollars. We have the puppy plan for our goldendoodle puppy and plan on switching our labradoodle there once he's ready for his annual visit.

Very satisfied with Dr. Martin and the procedure that needed to be done to my pet. Also very satisfied with the ladies that assist and answer questions. They were all very professional, polite, and kind.

Dr Martin is awesome. He's been our vet for over 12 years, and we've followed him to his current office. He truly cares about your pets, and wants the best for them. He and his staff really take the time to answer all your questions (and I have lots of questions!) and treat your furbabies with love and care.

I have a 15 year old dachshund with major issues. I used another local vet but he retired. Dr Martin was gracious and accepted us as a new patient. I was so pleasantly surprised at the time and attention that he and his staff showed us. During the pandemic so much attention to care has suffered, but not with Dr Martin and his staff. He was even late getting to his grandson's ballgame to stay and address all my concerns and questions. Ashley is such a joy to talk with and I never feel rushed when I call. I am so happy to have been referred to Dr Martin by a team member at work. Thank you Dr Martin and your entire staff.

I had an appointment well in advance and verified we'd be there when we received our reminder. When we arrived, on time, I parked outside and called to say we were there. They took down the make and color of my car and said they would be out in a few minutes. 45 minutes later my poor cat and I were still waiting in the car for someone to come get her. Then I tried to call to ask if I should reschedule because they obviously had forgotten us or didn't have time for us but they didn't answer the phone. No one ever even called or came out to explain anything, so we left. I'll never go back.

Nothing negative at all...the Vet,Dr. Martin, is fantasmic: takes time to listen/is honest & straightforward.Friendly staff & nice office. Did I mention: Very Reasonable prices( in general...also have great health 'plan').

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Martin for many years. He always takes the time to answer all of our questions and gives us plenty of information and guidance to help us make decisions about the best way to keep our pets healthy. He treats them just like he would his own. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

Dr Martin and his staff are amazing. My daughters German Shepherd had a litter of puppies and got very very sick and had to be hospitalized and could not feed her puppies. Dr Martin and his staff spent so much time teaching her to tube feed the puppies. The puppies are thriving thanks to their caring attention . Thank You !!

Friendly and pleasant. Helpful and informative. Terrific staff and a better fit for us than the outfit on the hill. I had only one issue so far but it may be a doozy. My kitten I had fixed has a scar that looks like she had her stomach opened from ribs to groin. I've not seen such a drastic scar from a spay in the 8 female cats I've had over the last 30 or so years, so it has me a bit concerned. She doesn't appear to be having issues, but it does look rough.

Dr Martin has been our Vet for years I truly trust him and love his assistant Kari they are At in my book! I travel a little ways to see Dr Martin and I don’t mind at all. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good vet
