Charged me 400 dollars for seeing my dying cat,very disappointing

I was able to get in on a Saturday without an appointment on a first visit. Dr Osborne diagnosed my dog immediately and she was better within a day. I highly recommend Osborne Animal Clinic.

Very nice an professional. Had no appointment. Got in an out quickly.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO "ANYONE" WHO LOVES THEIR BABIES!!! :'( My Applehead Chihuahua was nipped by a neighbor's dog and needed stitches. After taking her in I was told that they wanted to do 2 $300 surgeries (and fixing her) and told me that I couldn't leave with her without the surgeries, not even to take her to another clinic. I wanted my Chalusa to be home and felt I had no other options, so (under obligation) I filled out the paperwork because I wasn't getting anywhere with their repetitive responses. A week later (and visiting her daily) I got a call saying that she didn't make it through the 2nd surgery. I was devastated; they held her hostage until we agreed to the surgeries THAT WERE COMPLETELY UNNEEDED and then she died (Alone in a cage) during.

Great place for your little animals to go

I called then today to see about getting the x-rays that they had done on a dog I got from the Decatur Animal Shelter and was spoken to so rudely and told unless I had the complete information from the shelter I couldn't get the x-rays and was hung up on. Bebe been treated with such disrespect. I'll never take another of my fur babies there. Sad

This is a great place to take your furry family members. They are responsive and professional. Also all the workers are very nice.

We have a very special 9 week old puppy. Shewill soon start training at Osbourne. We needed to board her for a few days and they took wonderful care of Harlee. We will be changing vets now. Thank you staff at Osbourne for the wonderful care you gave our sweet Harlee.

Dr. Osborne replaced Eddy’s torn ACL. Took several months before Eddy decided to walk on his newly fixed leg. Dr. Osborne did an excellent job in restoring Eddy’s afflicted leg. He is now able to run and play like he used to.

Just dropped my dogs off for a bath and nail trimming, they always do a great job. When they do need veterinary care Dr Osborne and the staff take great care of them.

The doctor and staff are always nice and take the time to answer my questions. We have been going to Osborne Animal Clinic since we got our dog about 5 years ago.

Our Bella has been a long-time patient of Dr. Osborne! He is the most compassionate vet and staff is friendly and professional! Always a pleasant experience! Bella is an 11 year old Miniature Schnauzer who is now on 4 preventative meds for seizures. Almost lost our sweet girl but Doc suggested the 4 meds which have controlled the seizures!! Something for a slightly enlarged heart, and elevated liver enzymes.Fingers and toes crossed!!!????????

Thank you for seeing us and providing me with the information I needed to take care of my baby. I finally got the responsiveness that we did not get at our regular vet.

Took my baby in only 5months old they tested him for parvo no blood work or nothing said neg had to take back three times charged for parvo treatment on 3 time in and he passes away not happy person here very bad experience there breaks my heart they shouldn't apologize not diagnosing right or told us something kept the money and did nothing it's a shame really thought the world of clinic

The staff is always helpful and it is very obvious that they love your animals as if they were there own. This has been my vet for many, many years.

Staff are great with hoomans and their pets. It's very clean, reception is great. Most of the time explanations are very clear and directions for meds and or care are very thorough. They were really great with my babies ????????????????
