Catisfaction Cat Clinic Madison, Tennessee

This is the best vet clinic I've ever been too. Dr Belser is always up to date on the latest research and her staff truly cares for my cat even though she is mean to them. The vet clinic specializes in cats which is unique to the area.

They take excellent care of the clients, and I very much like the way that boarding is set up. Having a clinic that specializes in cats (thereby reducing the amount of stress the cats endure while there) is a privilege.

We used to go to this place when Dr. Gandy was the owner and vet. Once she started hiring other vets it was less satisfactory. Now the place has a new owner. We switched to the Animal Health Care Center on County Line road, where we get much better service.

I have been taking my cats Hissy and Whiskers to the Catisfaction Cat Clinic for three+ years. I have always been treated very well and so have my animals. Dr. Belser is very personable, caring and takes the time to explain things to me about the health of my animals, and that is very important to me. Her staff, Jessie, Cheyenne and the others are also wonderful to work with.

Excellent staff, I feel safe bringing our cats to them knowing they understand how cats behave and that they accommodate accordingly.

I visited Dr. Gandy with our first, sadly terminal, kitty 10-11 years ago. They've changed locations, but a vet service and boarding location dedicated to felines only is great. They know cats.

This is a wonderful cat clinic. They are always professional and helpful. I live a distance away but it is worth the drive to know my cat is receiving the best care.

I love the staff, Dr. Belsen is amazing - so empathetic, kind and honest, the facility is clean, QUIET, and very accommodating to those of us who travel a ways to their location! Highly recommend Catisfaction! The promptness of returning phone calls; and the warm& inviting atmosphere of everyone!

They took my cat and I right back to a room upon entering the building. I didn't have to wait to see the vet. She was very pleasant and thoughtfully listened to my concerns about my cat.

I just love this vet, the staff is so friendly and helpful! They took my Finn in right away today for a nail clipping and some flea medication. It's a little further than other vets for me but WAY worth the drive! My little kitty is in good hands! ❤

Love the vets here, and love that they only care for cats. The vet techs are so nice, too.

Always great service and care from Catisfaction, would never take my cats anywhere else! They have gone above and beyond on several occasions to save two of my cats lives and given me years longer with them that I will always be grateful for!

I've been really happy with this clinic and Dr Belser. I feel like she's thorough and doesn't pass things off as not important when they are. I really appreciate that curbside service is offered right now during covid. Everyone is always very nice as well even though I'm chronically late to my visits and bring a very angry cat

I've been bringing my cats here exclusively for 7 years now. Even when we moved all the way to south Huntsville, we still come all the way out to Madison go have Drs.Belser and Gandy look at our cats. They and the staff have always been amazing.

They took great care of my cat! Not my regular vet.. we went for a special thyroid treatment. Very happy!

We had an appointment today for our two cats to get examined and vaccinated. They are extremely thorough and answered every question we had. The furry boys got the 3 year rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. I love the low stress environment & handling and would recommend this cat clinic to every cat owner around this area. Yes it might be a bit more pricey but I want to make sure our cats get the best treatment available. We were in and out within half an hour! Thank you for all you do! These doctors take their time to learn about your kitty and not just crank out customers. Wonderful and loving care. You can board your kitties here and they will be loved and cared for, no worries.

I feel very confident that when one of my Fur Babies is taken to Catisfaction, they are receiving the best care possible in the North Alabama area. The care and concern that Catisfaction displays gives me the assurance that the Staff and Dr. Belzer are truly dedicated to making each Cat their top priority.

The care staff shows/has shown my cats, practically Mr Pickls' entire life, (not to mention my Maddie, Lulú, and the two new kittens!) sets a standard. Second to that is the care they show me. I appreciate everything you do, every hour you spend. Your devotion to your patients and their hovering anxious parents is a blessing and I hope we all know how lucky we are. < 3 Your love and adoration for your clients--the four-pawed ones--is so obvious it warms my heart !

Wonderful team and love that they are a cat specific clinic. I know everyone at Catisfaction is good at their vet jobs, but what I appreciate the most is how much each person there really cares for every cat that comes in the door. I don't feel like the diagnosis and treatment is ever rushed.

My cats are so pretty after their grooming appointments. So nice to have a place to get long-haired cats groomed without them getting scared by barking dogs. Everyone is so caring and nice.

When dealing with our kiddos you take great care and walk us through any concerns we have with details. I appreciate the time you spend getting to know the parents of your clients.

We live in Mississippi and our state doesn't have any facility that offers radioactive iodine treatment for cats. MS has an outstanding vet college at Mississippi State but they don't offer this treatment for some reason. When I called the vet school to inquire, they told me there is a place in Alabama. I called an set up an appointment and then sent a check. Drop off was on Sunday and our grand-kitty was ready to be picked up on Friday. Outstanding service and couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Gandy and her staff were wonderful. We just took him for his 90 day recheck at our local vet and his thyroid was absolutely normal. Thank you so much!
