Awesome Veterinarian and staff!! Dr Clark and her staff are very thorough and truly care about your fur babies. I originally took my BooBoo whose a Shih-tzu to Beltline Animal Clinic because my niece Kassidy works there and it made me feel so much better knowing she would be with him during an eye removal surgery. Dr. Clark was also one of the Veterinarian's recommended by the eye specialists. They all were very helpful with all my questions, very patient about all my concerns and very caring. The surgery and recovery went extremely well and Dr. Clark and staff went far beyond required and way beyond anything I expected!! Boo is my baby and was originally my Mothers baby until she got sick a couple years before she passed away. I use them for all my veternarian needs. Dr. Clark is very thorough, very caring and down to earth.

Refused to honor my grandmother's appointment and sent her home with her pet unseen.

Dr. Clark and staff are very caring and compassionate. Dr. Clark has wonderful “bedside manner!” I love taking my dogs and cats here because I feel welcome!

The staff were kind and helpful. No trauma to SWMBO or to the cat. Wait, that's not quite right: our cat turned out to be a he-cat. His name is still "Sue".

So many negative comments coming from the ladies behind the counter. Not a very professional atmosphere.

The people are AWESOME and the vet VERY knowledgeable and super friendly! BUT most importantly...our pets LOVE them!???? I do wish with their curbside only service currently that 1) paperwork was available on website to fill out prior to visit and 2) you could knock on door or ring a buzzer to let them know your there! I've had to call up to 6 times just to let them know I'm there. Would just help save time for both of us!

We take all three cats and our dog here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful & they take good care of our fur babies.

Used them for years, just moved back to the area and of course we were going back here! They've been great with any of my pets in the past.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR CLARKE AND STAFF.... EVEN THOUGH WE MOVED 1 1/2 HOURS AWAY THEY ARE STILL AND WILL ALWAYS BE OUR VET. Except for emergencies we do have a back up here in Jackson county. Max ABSOLUTELY loves everyone there too!!!

The staff is very rude and in a year's time they killed one dog blinded another and almost killed a third one. If you value your furbabies go somewhere else. All they care about is your money.

I have been with Beltline Animal Clinic for 10 years. They are very efficient, professional, and so loving towards all my animals! Dr. Clark is a very compassionate, thorough, and informative veterinarian. My 12yr old shih tzu Max is always treated with care and understanding. He is old, has anxiety, and arthritis. They always go above and beyond to make him feel loved and comfortable! All the staff are always so friendly and courteous especially Mandy & Sherry! They are very reasonable and will work with you if you need them too. Dr. Story was a wonderful veterinarian and left BAC in very competent, professional and courteous hands. I just love Dr. Clark and her staff. I definitely would recommend them to anyone new to the area. I always recommend them to friends and neighbors. My mom and grown sons also use their services. I feel blessed to have such a caring veterinarian and clinicians who care for my fur baby! Thank you BAC family for all that you do for my fur babies and my moms! You all are pawesome????!!! ????????????????

Their 3 month flea control pill last one month,for $80. They probably gave me the one-month pill and said it was the 3 month pill. Also,if you have an idea of what could be wrong with your pet,don't bother telling the vet. She already knows everything,won't listen. Huge ego. I'd go somewhere else. Nothing but bad experiences here since he took her on as a partner. Run to another vet. Trust me. Morgan animal clinic much better,50% cheaper. Honest and compassionate. Just down 31 on edge of Hartselle.
