Ever one in the clinic and grooming salon were perfect! I have never had a better experience. My husband and I travel all over the USA for work and all of our dogs have been groomed. This experience was the best ever! Thank you pet smart in Decatur Alabama! *BEST EVER* ????????????????????????????????????

I love Banfields they have always been super great with my pet and are always calling and checking on him asking how he is doing ... They really do care about your pets. And as you can see mine is very spoiled and he is treated like a little king when he is there

My old blind doggie got her eye scratched by my puppy and my regular vet would not squeeze her in. They gave me a check in for first thing the next morning and in total we were done and home within 2 hours. They were very thorough in explaining to me what tests they were doing, the cost, and their recommendations for follow-on treatment and referrals. I'm thinking of switching over to this vet as their primary care because I was very pleased with the care received at today's visit.

Read the fine print great animal hospital but the battlefield plan that they work with is a trap if your animal passes away or if you have to give your dog away for any reason whether aggression or anything you still have to follow through and pay that whole plan

Just ended an 11 year relationship with Banfields. I will never go back or refer anyone else to that place. Rude and incompetent is what they have become. I sure miss Dr. Pearson and Dr. Lee! Now all they care about is how much money they can get from you. Shameful!

I will not ever bring another member of my family there.nor will I recommend anyone else to. I feel as if they robbed me not only of my fur baby but my money. 394.00 . First I set appointment March 18,2020 they called me an hour before appointment they called and cancelled his appointment without cause. I called reset an appointment for 1:00 the same day only to be walking through there doors when they called me again and cancelled again. Needless to say he didn't get seen that day. Set appointment for next day.got there and they ran test gave fluids and sent him home with perscriptions for nausa and diharia no antibiotics like they should have considering he was diagnosed with parvo. Said if needed could being him back next day as a drop-off for more fluids through iv. Well I wasn't gonna bring him in cause it seemed as if he might was doing a little better. They called me told mese vet Drake recommend to bring him in for iv fluids. Told me the day before it would be 150ish but no they wait till after I dropped him off and left said it would cost me 204. Didn't want to pay it but did cause I love my fur babies. Picked him up right before 6 that evening wasn't halfway home he started throwing up blood and alot if it they told me he was doing better he died that night. I feel Dr Drake took advantage of the situation knowing was willing to pay to save my baby. Only she didn't do anything that I feel she should have . Starting with the fact that she didn't even put him on antibiotics to prevent infection.

I had a great experience bringing my pet here. My dog needed vaccines at the last minute and they had an appointment for the next day. Also they were all very professional and kind, and the price was very low for vaccines and heartworm tests. They also called the next day to check up on Ava and they were very quick about approving a heartworm preventive prescription that I had ordered online.

I called the Barnfield Pet Hospital in Decatur, AL regarding my dog Royal. He was last seen for an office visit in June 2020. I was not allowed to stay because of social distancing however I did write my concerns on a note card that was given to the assistant. The doctor that my Royal saw on that day said if he needed anything just to call back. Royal was giving medication to help with his itching. Royal has since been itching again so I called to refill the prescription as I was instructed to do. The associate that answered the phone asked me to hold while she went to speak with Dr. Drake (thats not who he saw the day he was in the clinic). I was told I would have to bring him in again for another office visit. If my dog was just seen near the end of June why does he need another office visit when I was told all I needed to do was call again if Royal needed anything. It appears to me as if they just want to charge for another office visit.

When you love to roll in the dirt you have to get a hair cut because you re all matted they treat your pet very special she loves going to the groomer and doctor.

Hi my name is Cynthia and I'm a first time mommy to my furry baby Roscoe. I took him to the Banfield Pet Hospital today. This was our first visit and experience with them. I must say that Dr. Andrea Sullivan and the BPH team made me an my furry baby Roscoe feel welcomed and comfortable. The level of care and concern plus professionalism is phenomenal. The Wellness plan that was suggested to me is awesome and out of this world. The care that is given to my furry baby Roscoe in this plan the price is very affordable. I am so so so glad I brought Roscoe to Banfield Pet Hospital they really know what they are doing. And I recommend any first time mommy's or daddy's to please take your babies to Dr. Andrea Sullivan and the BPH team at Banfield Pet Hospital in Point Mallard Decatur Alabama you want be disappointed trust and believe me they are the best.

The staff is always helpful and knows both our digs on sight. Also have a great wellness program.

Our first visit today was great. The front desk were friendly and professional the assistants treated Yoda so sweetly and Dr. Macedonia was wonderful she explained all options and cost and really loves the pets she cares for.
