Low on Fancy Feast, but I think this may be a supply chain problem. The staff still is wearing masks. Most customers, sadly, are not.

Prices comparable, had what was looking for in stock. Staff was nice and friendly!

The guy that helped us pick out our new hamster little buddy home was absolutely amazing and so informative. He really knew what he was he was doing and made us feel more confident about welcoming our new member. Thank you so much for a great experience:)

Amazing staff! They make you feel welcome right when you walk in the door. Very knowledgeable about all animals. Carol is the best dog trainer around. Claire, Jordan and Taylor are great! Love the Dawsonville Petsmart!

We very sad to see the shape the fish tanks was in today at Dawsonville petsmart there was many tanks with dead fish in them and tanks was just not in order at all this was a first and made me super sad then I went over to look at the cats and it really floors me they want u to pay so much for a cat that needs a home so badly and to top it off the poor girl had green in both sides of her nose just made me super sad I never seen these things at petsmart and I always get fish there

PetSmart has a great variety of pet food. Staff is mostly friendly. If you are still mindful of the fact that we are in a pandemic, you'll be pleased to know the staff was wearing masks on my visit. Most of the customers were not. It was pet adoption day. It's always good to see the little fur babies. I hope some were adopted.

I go here all the time! Love it!

Fish staff are super helpful! They will check your water and offer helpful suggestions on how to fix it. Store offers a wide selection of products.

They are friendly and no there repeat customers, I visit once a week.

It's also a good store for buying your pets products there. Always very satisfied with the various products they have there. The cashiers and stock workers are very friendly and helpful.

This is the second time this petsmart let me down. Today's appointment. When I got there on time I was told that the girl that I had a appointment with called in to say she had other things to do today so she was not coming to work. So I had to wait 4 hours for the other girl to squeeze me in. I guess I will have to find another place for grooming. Kudos to the good employees they have.

I sure wish my pet was smart, but even with his disposition, PetSmart still has everything the little guy needs.

The only place I go to for necessities for my ratties.

Good pet store. I never had an idea of how expensive a guinea pig could be. They don't have rabbits but it's a good place.

Brendan I think was his name(worked 8/8/21 morning) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the pet bearded dragon we were buying. He was very thorough about what we needed and the best way to take care of our pet. We left when everything we needed. He gave the best customer service I have probably ever had at any retail store ever. We are looking forward to loving our dragon. Thank you!

The associates are always so helpful and friendly! I love how they help me find the product I am looking for, explain differences in the choices, and make healthy suggestions for treats! I also love how clean the store is!
