Fantastic vets, techs, and admins. We've always been treated warmly, through emergencies and routine visits.

I wish I could rate the Physician's instead of the actual facility. Dr. Davidson has been such a pleasure with treating my senior Chihuahua Duke who has had several health issues. I've spent so much money within the couple of years my two pets have been customers. We've paid for the care plans, x-rays, several rounds of blood work, ultrasounds and much more. Unfortunately still don't really know the underlying issue with my little senior dog. I truly appreciated Dr. Davidson's continuing concern regarding Duke. She would send text messages checking up on him and always gave her recommendation. Today we were told they VCA could no longer see my two dogs because of a $200 balance from November. Although, it's pretty hurtful to know after all the 100s of 1,000 dollars I've already spent my two pets are dismissed completely for $200, in which has been paid. However, I am glad to know what is truly important to VCA. With so many things going on in the world it's no way I could dismiss sick dogs without at least a warning. But hopefully someone from the office will see this and think twice before being so cold. Thanks!

I always take my pets here. This visit I took my bishon for say due to excessive scratching and biting. They informed me that it was more than likely seasonal allergies and Gave her a shot that stopped the symptoms within a few hours. They also helped with her separation anxiety! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and clearly cares about all the pets that they see. Namely doctor Davidson she is awesome takes the time to explain everything And my princess Leah loves her!! I would highly recommend taking Your pet's there!

We took our cat (Mishka) in for rabies and vaccination shots. Evidently, she received the shots on one side (leg) and now she’s limping on the opposite leg. I’ve called for two consecutive days to speak to the doctor without a return call. Very disappointed in the lack of caring displayed. Mishka was a Christmas present to my wife 7 years ago and is precious to our family.

They have treated my animals and me so well I love all of the people that work there.

Dr. Baker and Meagan are absolutely amazing! My sweet little girl golden doodle was so calm and happy with them. I highly recommend VCA Braelinn Village Animal Hospital to my family and friends.

We took our 2 dogs to get their rabies shots updated and nails trimmed. Unfortunately it ended up being a negative experience. We were offered all types of "recommended treatments" which probably would have cost $1500+ for things we did not ask for. Once we said no to the vet tech she kept on and on until we again said NO thanks. Well after the the dogs were done the Vet came and he was immediately very pushy and kept suggesting all types of treatments again over and over until we finally had to tell him we are not interested and ready to go. I understand it's their job to try to sell these extra treatments but maybe try not to be so pushy and aggressive about it. Needless to say we will be looking for a new vet.

They care for your pets, spoil them and love on them!

They're the best animal hospital in Peachtree City. The staff are all very nice and so helpful, they make every thing so easy and they're all good with the pets. The veterinarian, Amanda Schmidt (I'm almost positive that's correct), I saw today was amazing, she didn't make me feel rushed at all and talked to me thoroughly, she listened to all of my ridiculous questions, and answered them all and gave me really good tips on helping to break our newly inherited dog, Pluto, of some very bad habits. I won't go anywhere else. They are great and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

The staff here is very nice and friendly. The facility is kept very clean and doesn't smell like some Vet Clinics do. This Vet Clinic is very pricey.

Love that we finally got the opportunity to go in! Seiku loves his Ms. Shirley and the while staff. How wonderful to k ow they are available for after hour appointments for working parents!!

I had lost all hope with finding a place that would care about my animals as much as I do. I could never thank them enough for what they did for me. They restored my hope in vets. They were gentle and kind and really opened their hearts last night. I cant thank the vet and the assistant manager David Mendicino enough for caring for our newest kitten. Also really appreciated David checking up early in the morning on her and making she was okay still!

They took great care of my baby boy. He was not happy about it, but they said he did well once inside. Thank you for helping my Anakin!!

I had a lovely visit at VCA Braelinn today! I adopted from Royal Animal Refuge a week and a half ago and received a coupon from them for a free visit here. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. They were very insightful as to what vaccines my pooch should receive in the future, and they provided me with a dose of heartworm medication and some antibiotics that would help some inflammation in his back legs. All for free since I had just adopted! And my dog really enjoyed the hard work and tender care of Nicole and Dr. Davidson! They loved him so much they wanted to have "Monty Mondays" at the office. You guys rock! It's a shame I cannot make this my permanent vet as I am relocating to Athens in the near future.

We have been going to Braelinn Village Animal Hospital since the mid 90's. It is a caring and nurturing place for our best friends. Our dog Molly loves going there. We literally have to pull her back from trying to get in the door. Dr. Mann is a most caring and compassionate professional. You couldn't find a better partner in caring for the health of your pet. The staff here is very loving and helpful and respond to your call quickly. We feel our precious Molly is getting the very best of care here and highly recommend them for the care of your pets.

Love all of the doctors and the staff. Due to covid restrictions, we have to stay in the car for our pet's visits and the vet always calls to do a thorough explanation about my pet's appointment. They even sent me a picture of my kitten chilling on their desk at his first visit. Thank you all!

VCA Braelinn Village, is the best vet around. The doctors and staff could not care any more for the animals that come in, and they treat them like their own pet/family. We are so impressed with professionalism and knowledge of the vets and vet techs that we plan to bring our new puppy there for many years to come!

This was our first visit and this will be our new Veterinarian home for our cat. It was a wonderful experience for us and our kitty. From making the appt online, filling out questionaire, the curbside checkin, then the loving and professional care of the staff and Dr. Brian Mann was all a positive experience. He came out to the car to explain Lucy's checkup and gave us 2 different ways we could handle her problem. All our questions and concerns were answered. We love Dr. Jen Traczewitz. We are lucky to have her to care for our dogs. She's invested in their health and happiness. This facility has tons of equipment and specialists so we've never had to go anywhere else. They are more expensive than other clinics in the area but it's the best care money can buy, and that's worth everything to us.

They always do a great job fixing up my cats

We have taken our pets here for years. All of the staff is so kind and truly care about the health and well-being of your pet. Dr. Traczewitz has been our main doctor for both our cat and dog. She is truly wonderful! She worked with us to find a specialist for our dog and always calls to check up anytime one of our pets has been sick. Unfortunately, our dog had major chronic health issues and even when we had to make difficult decisions the staff was extremely supportive. We have moved over an hour away and we still make the drive with our pets because they receive such good care at VCA Braelinn.

I took my rescue dog there for her free exam. I then took her back a week later because she wanted her nails done. The doctors and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
