Dr. Thompson and staff were amazing when I had to bring my pet after she got sick. He was very caring and compassionate when calling me with updates. Dr. Thompson also went over all tests in person before I picked her up the next day.

They have always taken excellent care of our several animals over the years. Miss Cleo was not the most agreeable feline when she was taken to get spayed the other day, but the team at Upper Cumberland Veterinary Clinic handled her with the utmost care. I had an appointment on March the 10th 2021 to have two beautiful registered bloodhound female sisters fixed in an 8-hour time span I called up there twice have phone records to prove it I even videotaped several of the conversations that I had afterwards called up there twice to get an update on my dogs I dropped him off there 9:00 yesterday morning when I called at 3:00 p.m. they still had not had surgery to be fixed when I called back at 5:00 only the second time I called I was told again they still hadn't had surgery I asked him okay could you give me an idea what it's going to cost so I'll be able to pull out enough money out of the bank tomorrow morning when I come back to pick them up I was told we won't know till after surgery I said why I was told well they could get a hernia during surgery or they could be complications I said well my two beautiful $1,500 a piece bloodhounds were perfectly healthy when I dropped him off there this morning why would something like that happen and the vet informed the receptionist to tell me to come get my dogs that he would not be doing surgery he refused to your surgery on him just because I simply asked a question a concerned pet owner they know that I am a two-hour round trip drive from there they knew at 5:00 p.m. there was no way I could get back up there to get my dogs after he refused to do surgery simply because I asked questions now this is after upper Cumberland veterinarian clinic has been my veterinarian for 30 plus years I was refused service I was told that if you cannot get up here and get them tonight we'll keep them overnight but you will always $40 in the morning for boarding fee when I got there this morning to pick up my bloodhounds they had the cops waiting down the block on me and they escorted me out of Crossville Tennessee this is the worst veterinarian clinic I've ever been in my life Buck busy the vet that worked at one of their satellite clinics in Wartburg Tennessee I used him for years and years and years until he retired and they closed the satellite veterinary clinic in Wartburg down so I had to start driving to Crossville half a tank of gas one way 2 hours round trip and I was denied service because I simply asked a question thank God I was because in getting on the ratings this morning after all this happened oh yeah they're rating say 4.3 stars but read all the way down to the end there have been many many people who have gave them terrible ratings because they are terrible terrible veterinarian clinic this vet maben Thompson does not give a flying flip about the animals all he gives a damn about is that God Almighty dollar they belittled me they talked down to me I was on the phone crying my eyes out asking them how could you be so cruel as to starve and terrorize my dogs all morning afternoon and all night long just to tell me come get them maiden Thomas is a piece of s***I have actually stood in that vet and just recent years just the last couple years and listen to him talk down the vet babe and Thomas talk Thompson I'm sorry talk down and belittle an old retired couple that were probably in their 70s if not older and when the man asked questions when he dared to do what was his god-given right to ask questions the vet threatened to call the law and have him forcibly removed on another occasion I was there and in front of everyone in the waiting room the vet refused to cut a homeless man's dogs nails to trim its nails it was only $25 it wouldn't have killed him he refused to do it and refused to call the law on that man and have him forcibly removed as well I paid for that man's dog to have her toes trimmed he is in fact a piece of s*** he is immoral and unethical and in the end he will give an account for the way he treated people and talk to people and look down on people and belittle people while he was here on Earth his money will get him nowhere in the end people like that usually born in hell in The end good day I will splatter this all over the Internet everybody everywhere will know about this when I get finished with this man.

Waited for an hour past appt time, finally left without seeing vet. No communication as to why so long of a wait.

They spayed my cat and were attentive and professional. I'll only use them for all my veterinary needs

I've never had a good experience with this place.

Dr. Thompson and the other workers here were great! I had to wait a little bit for my puppy to be seen but it was worth the wait to have my puppy taken care of quickly and for the people to be so friendly.

If the intent is to run business off their definitely checker flag bound.
