My great Dane always came home toured and happy! Unfortunately now that I have to work from home I can't get get him there as many times as the commitment requires. But I would recommend bringing your fur baby here!

Great staff, amazing facilities, worth every cent. My oldest dog is a rescue and has a lot of anxiety meeting new people and getting used to new places; they took excellent care of my dogs. Your go-to place.

Had an appointment for 2 weeks and they never called to change anything. I finally get him there and they said the vet had no record for bordatella treatment so they can’t take him. Very rude, very unprofessional not to cancel BEFORE I got there - two weeks and nothing then turned away because of a mix up. Last time he went there the jacked the price up $20 to $70 for a bath and groom. He weighs 10 lbs, was clean and well groomed before going. They said “well, we raised the prices” with no info posted and no notice until they were finished with him. Rude front desk people. Owned by a vet so…..

Our dog loves this place. The people there are so friendly and helpful, and she loves all of them. We have had nothing but good experiences here.

Our dog, Bosco, is a frequent flier of Paws. We board him here and absolutely love it. We started going there when we lived in Thompsons Station, but have since moved up to Lebanon and gladly make the hour and a half drive to leave him there. Everyone is friendly and true dog people. Bosco is not the easiest dog to deal with, so we greatly appreciate that they take him in and always take great care of him while we are out of town. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a place to board their dog. Bosco doesn’t get along well with other dogs, so we love that he can have his own run and not have to go in with all the dogs. Best place!!

A little disappointed with this place. Looks nice on the outside but definitely disorganized. Wanted our dog bathed along with a daycare visit. Eventually an overnight boarding. Appointment set but for the wrong day. Had to change it which went fine. Got the email and text. When we arrived today to pick him up I called the number on the board and was told to go the green building. I did not see him in the yard so I asked if he got the bath. No he did not. He was not allowed to go into the yard until he was evaluated. I thought that’s what they were doing today. I was never informed there was a questionnaire until today. It wasn’t in my junk mail. I never got an explanation as to what the process was even after I asked. Essentially he was inside all day. So if you do go there you need to ask what the procedure is to get your dog into the yard outside because the evaluation process was not explained well at all. Most likely a training or Management issue.

Not take my dog back. Family member pick the dog up and said that she was acting weird. She was panting heavily , which means she was really thirsty and got way too hot. They also tied a bandana around her neck to the point where was so tight my son was unable to get his fingers in between her neck and the bandana.. I would not advise taking your dog here.

Beware before you tip!!! Most of the tips go straight to the owner instead of the people actually taking care of your dog! I couldn’t imagine the nerve it takes to steal from my own workers!

They were super helpful, and answered all my questions (which was a lot since I’ve never had a dog fully groomed before). They did fabulous, and my pups really seemed to love it!

Speaking for their daycare services, I can tell you everyone involved has been amazing. My dog loves going there and I've felt everyone genuinely cares about his well being so I don't worry when I drop him off. I would highly recommend their daycare services.

This place is great, the staff is friendly, very knowledgeable. They groomed my 100lb st. bernard- American bulldog mix and even Dani (the dog) enjoyed the experience the other services they offer seem great ( training, boarding, I'm not sore what else) and the facilities are fantastic. I'm here on vacation and need a grooming for my dog. They fit me into the schedule and were amazing with her. If i were living in the area I'd definitely be a frequent customer. If you live in the area and are a pet owner is definitely check them out.

This is a very comforting atmosphere. The groomers are kind and caring. Fees are reasonable. I don't worry about taking my pet there.

This place is the most amazing facility! I've had dogs and cats my whole life and I live in Nashville and will drive all the way to Columbia to have this place take care of my cat and my two dogs. I can promise you this is the best experience you will have with your pets. They will be taken very good care of. I've never seen a more accommodating facility and I've never seen better customer service. I've just only recently found this place and they have continued to impress me. I've recommended my family use place and they are very happy with the experience too. If you have any complaints about this place, then I'm be willing to bet a whole lot that you're one of those people who just wants to be miserable and never happy about anything. I've never felt better about leaving my pets anywhere like I do here.

Sounds like a very nice place. However very pricey. They not only do boarding according to the phone conversation I had with them. But they also do grooming nail cutting and shots. They have scheduled play dates for your pets. However if you have more than one animal it was really cost you a lot to board them.

This place is like a pet resort. Hannah is my groomer there and she is awesome too

We absolutely love the 6 weeks obedience class with Heather!!! Heather genuinely cares about the relationship between you and your dog. Heather went above and beyond for our family. We have a dog that is having a few health concerns and we felt we needed a second opinion and Heather recommended us to a vet she personally uses and even went as far as to personally call to help us be seen that same day. The facilities are very nice and well kept. The staff members were all very friendly.
