Before Christmas (2021), I took my 10 month old MaltiPoo puppy named Gus to the Clinton Animal Hospital to have the vet look at his back left leg that he would draw up and hobble on when he walked.Dr. Courtney Phillips examined Gus and said that sometimes the knees of small animal breeds pop in and out of place. She did not X-ray his hips or legs. She gave me some nausea pills and some anti inflammatory meds for him to take that did not help at all. He had been hobbling on that leg for several months and it wasn’t getting better . Last Friday I took Gus to see Dr. Osborne at Oliver Springs Small Animal Hospital. She examined him and took X-rays of both hips to compare them. She immediately saw the small fracture at the top of the left hip. It was probably caused by over extending his little leg to go up steps. She splinted his leg for 6 weeks to allow the bone to heal. I am very disappointed in the care he received from Dr. Phillips. I am a new puppy mom and needed help for my Gus!

First time going and last time going! Really really disappointed.

I had a mild emergency with my cat on a Saturday and my regular vet did not have any openings and suggested I call here. Thankfully, they had an opening and I was able to get my cat seen.. Everyone was extremely pleasant and accomodating. It was a true blessing that they could test his blood on-site. They were able to identify his problem and fix him right up! The vet even make excuses for the scratches she received and didn't hold it against my Norman Bates! That is his name for real! Lol. He earned that name! We can't thank them enough for the kind care we received!

Great staff, no problems getting appointment, and the prices are not too bad.. my only complaint is one of the veterinarians was very short and was only in room a few seconds.. the poor nurse had to keep running back to ask questions. The other veterinarian was excellent though.

They are Wonderful they care about your Pets and they care about you. Love them????????

As someone who lost a furry family member suddenly, I feel that my dog's condition wasn't taken seriously. It was just assumed that her age and breed was the cause of her sudden condition. She was very active. She ran every day, hunted, chased prey and sometimes even left me "gifts". She died 2 days after our visit. I wish I'd gotten a 2nd opinion.

Awesome staff, they were wonderful with my pup on his first visit..

They were understanding, they were fair in pricing, and they went over the charges in detail.

Here's the place that is more pet friendly as well as owner friendly... When I needed them they went above and beyond to help me take care of my two dogs!

Paula is the best groomer ever! She truly Loves our lil Tea Cup and Tea Loves Paula. She always asks how I want her to do Tea's hair, & she does a great job!

The greatest grooming my dog has had in a while, I usually go to another place but I decided to try somewhere closer to my house and I'm glad I did thank u ms. Paula.

I absolutely love Clinton Animal Hospital. The Staff are all so friendly and caring. I feel safe taking my little Shihpoo, Emma, there. Paula the groomer is great. She is gentle and kind. She always asks me how I want her groomed beforehand and then asks if I am happy with the cut afterwards. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Her work is excellent.

Friends of ours went to this vet for years. When they had to put their baby down, the vet tech and vet were completely incompetent and were unable to successfully euthanize our friends dog on the first, second, third or fourth try. The vet also blew the dogs veins and walked out of the room after the dog passed without speaking or comforting our friends. After reading the other reviews I’m appalled this place is even still open. I’m sure our friends will be requesting in investigation into this incident. PLEASE read all reviews (and the hospitals responses to the negative reviews-that will tell you all you need to know) before you ever take your precious baby here. Our friends are devastated at the treatment they experienced and they were long term customers of this hospital.

Paula groomed my baby Brisco today and she did an amazing job. Paula is meticulous with her grooming and it shows. His cut is perfect and he smells so good! He is always a happy boy when I leave him and when I pick him up. I know that he is loved and cared for while he is with Paula and she is so sweet to send me pictures during his grooming appointment and when he is finished. I just can’t say enough good things about her. We love you Paula! Clay, Barbie and Brisco❤️

If you want a vet office that truly cares about your pets I would highly recommend Clinton Animal Hospital. Best vets! Amazing groomer!! I would never let anyone else groom my dogs!

The worst grooming experience ever!

My Boy Bo loves to go to Clinton Animal Hospital. They all are incredibly awesome???????? And Paula is an outstanding groomer and loves all her clients. Bo loves his pampering he gets from Paula and Michelle, the doctors and staff. We love you and look forward to our next visit???? Thank you for being here!

The lady who answered the phone was slightly rude. Based upon that I would not recommend them

Staff not very friendly or helpful. Won't be going back there sorry I even went there in the first place.

Very patient with my harley and have helped her so much. Made the switch to them and it's been wonderful!

Had to pick up meds for my dog Boo, they were really nice. My Vet. sent me there apparently they are owned by same individuals

Great place for any kind of animal

Annual check up and shots. Fist time visiting here since relocating from out of state. Staff were friendly and dealt with a nervous dog very well. Prices were fair and they really care about the animals.
