The Uptown Hound Cleveland, Tennessee

This was the first time my pet had boarded in about 2 yrs. She was well cared for. I would definitely use them again for future boarding.

Definitely employed with people who enjoy caring for dogs. Your dog certainly gets what you pay for here. Highly recommend.

I think my dog loved it they keep you up to date with what's going on if you gotta go somewhere and you don't know where to board your pet check them out they are nice people.

The uptown hound is the place to board your dog!! The staff is super friendly always polite when on the phone and in person! Their property and facility is amazing! They take the absolute best care of the animals and spoil them like they are their own pets! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I don’t know where I would be today without the help of Callie, Tyler, and the entire staff at the Uptown Hound. My German Shepherd, Chief, has been going there for the past 3 years and absolutely LOVES it! They treat him like one of their own and he can’t wait to return each day. That says a lot since he is VERY spoiled at home! He rides their transit service in the morning and they provide activities during the day that allow him to get his energy out. I’ve used their lodging services as well and have had no issues. They pay attention to his needs while I’m gone and that’s very reassuring to me. I would recommend the Uptown Hound to anyone who is interested in leaving their dog with someone who will care for them as much as you do!!

Uptown Hound is the Best! I wish we they were in Oklahoma City where we live. When we come to Cleveland, this is the only day care that I dare take my show dog, a 2 year old Australian Shepherd with over 20 titles to. No only do they have the best doggie day care/boarding facility, they understand the whole dog concept from nutrition to grooming to training. Thank goodness they carry Fromm dog food on site! Not only do I feed Fromm, but Hazel loves it as well. This year she finished as the #1 Australian Shepherd in the US for Rally and Fast CAT (100 yard dash). Since 18 of the 20 titles were earned this year, I know nutrition played a huge part in our success. Hazel also Loves Loves Uptown Hound. We've been visiting for 3 years now and Hazel has never had an issue or incident - just a barking good time!! Thank You Callie !

Went out there one day and oh my goodness what a cool place! The dogs were so happy!!!!

5+ stars used last summer and making plans to use again this summer. facility is great looking, big, clean. all employees we interacted with were polite and friendly. dogs were healthy happy and even washed when we picked them up. if your like our family and I assume most people are our dogs are not just dogs. they are our family. we include them in all we can but unfortunately vacation isn't something we can include them in as they arent small dogs so we have to board them when going on vacation. and it puts your mind at ease knowing they are being well taken care of and being kept active during the day so they arent locked in a cage wondering why we left them. we are very fortunate to have this facility so close to our home and they really are a great place. will use them again

Uptown Hound is great! Staff has always been super awesome and kind! I’ve boarded my pups here multiple times now and I love that they send you a picture message every day showing what your pups have been up to. It always puts me at such ease of mind when i’m out of town! Also BEST GROOMING EVER!! I HIGHLY recommend it here!

We absolutely love The Uptown Hound! Oliver goes to day care there and he’s been there for nearly a year. He can’t wait to get through the gate when we arrive every day. He also stays there when we go on vacation. It makes our vacation much more enjoyable knowing that while we are gone that he is well taken care of, and is used to the people and other dogs.

I've been taking my dog, Cash to this daycare/resort for over 5 years and I can't speak highly enough about them. Cash gets so excited when we turn onto the street of their business. She is always greated with warm and happy greetings. The owners are so friendly and really care about their guests and their parents. Customer service and experience are of the upmost importance to them. I appreciate them so much for how happy they make my fur baby and the experience they give her while she's there. I look forward to bringing her to this daycare.

Our dogs love going to day care at Uptown Hound and I love boarding them their when we go out of town. I know they are happy and are well taken care of.

Great place for our beagle and coonhound mix. They make sure your pet has fun while making their safety the top priority. We have brought our dogs here 3 times for the doggy resort and we will continue to give The Uptown Hound our business!

My two Great Pyrenees normally hate to be boarded, and I have to pull them out of the car. They loved it here and didn't seem to want to leave.

We dropped our dogs there for a few days so we could visit distant family. Great team and good price. The dogs looked extremely happy and well cared for at pickup.

We have been taking two of our three Star Wars heroes Uptown 3 days a week for day camps and they love it. We know they are well taken care of and get plenty of friend time. The force is definitely strong with them. Poe and Finn are always excited to go and tired when they come home ..... Rey will join these rebels once she's aged a bit.

The Uptown Hound is a wonderful place for my furry son to spend time while I'm away. The staff is excellent and we feel like part of the family. Ozzy loves to play in the lake, go for walks, and eat doggy ice cream. They also send me pictures and text messages from him so I can see that he is happy and having a great time! They spoil him! I can't say enough good things about the Uptown Hound!

This is the second time I’ve gotten my dog back and she’s been dripping blood. The first time it was chalked up to nothing, but now I can’t ignore it. It is not normal to have your baby come home bleeding. I have used this place a lot but after these two incidents I will not be returning for boarding.
