Good place to groom and board a pet.

It was only my third time dropping my doggie off at dog day play. Early that morning, I called and said my dog was at the end of her heat stage and if I could drop off for dog day play and employee stated, "Yes". I decided to drop my doggie off and made sure remind the employee about her being in heat, and again said, "yes, that's fine we will only put with small girl dogs, in a separate area". After about 5 hours of being at work, I call to check on my girl, and the manager answers and says.. I cannot leave my dog while in heat. So then I mentioned that one of the employees told me I could and there would be no problem on doing so! Then, I asked for a refund because no one called to let me know they left my dog inside the kennel all day without letting me know! I asked kindly for a refund, I was put on hold... The lady told me that the owner said No to refund, and that also we weren't allowed back because I broke the rules! (Note, It was only our third time there, no one had me sign anything, no one mentioned the rules ever to me or my boyfriend, no one was kind, except 2 of there workers ????.) The owner's family work at Bark too and they are ALL SO RUDE including the owner!! I will kindly take my business else where. No need for none of this but needed to let everyone know how very unprofessional the owner and family staff are. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS FACILITY!!

Great facility and great people. My skittish hound dog loves it there. Staff did a great job of easing her anxiety and helping her to fit in. As an added bonus, your fur baby can get bathed and groomed while he or she is there. I highly recommend Bark.

Great care for our pup. Loves the play care part of the day - always comes home wore out.

The only place I take my little Yorkie named Josie. They have taken very good care of her for years. She always looks great when I pick her up.

Never been disappointed with having my dog groomed there. Staff is very friendly and helpful

It’s a nice place. The employees are friendly but not on the same page. We were told one price for boarding, and then charged another. It’s happened twice now. Pretty sure they’ve charged us a different amount each time we’ve been there. We’ll be going to Ocoee Dogs next time.

Was way more than we were expecting (which we were aware it was expensive) and ended up 100 more because of baths alone. One of my dogs ended up with a wound above his eye and they did not say a word until I asked what happened. Apparently two of my dogs got into a fight. What I found odd was that my dogs are in a kennel all day together at home with no issues. My mother in law also received her dogs with no haircut and dirty, when they already paid for it.

They were so clean so friendly! I will so be bringing my dog from now on!! ????

I’ve been taking my dogs to Kelly Knight for grooming for over 5 years, she is phenomenal! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies!

Ok. So Kelly’s staff has always been my go to, I realize she can’t groom all the dogs and I trust that one of the best in the nation will train her staff to work equally as well. I had to dog sit a neighbors dog and an emergency popped up and I needed a place to board them. I looked at prices even though I knew who to go to but when I saw what they offered vs what others SAY they offer I was blown away. When I came in, I was totally blown away with the effort and thought process that was put into a dog friendly environment. It’s as if she seriously thought, ok, if I were a dog, what would make this experience amazing. I mean... really.. can we afford not to make sure our fur babies are not in the very best of care. You deserve peace of mind and they deserve the best
