Been using the dog health services for several years. They keep making major mistakes with our two schnauzers. The male had such an extreme reaction last year to the annual shots, that we needed to take him back for steroids and Benadryl and overnight observation. When I took them back for timely annual shots, I was informed that they didn’t have a record of the previous shots as to which shots were administered nor the date. I talked to Dr. Crocket and she asked me to email the record I had just showed her on my phone. I told her that this seemed like incompetence, or substandard health record-keeping. She said that I needed to talk to the office manager when she comes back in a couple days. She told me she didn’t like my attitude and that I was being snarky. I said that I’m just asking a question. She said that she didn’t like the way I was asking it. I told her I wasn’t going to her allow her to bully me as she was walking away. She said she would not be bullied by me either. The “new-hire” technician that witnessed it all seemed stunned and frozen. She got my dogs for me and; I said, I would never return.

Always take care of my animals and always will. Two generations of excellent service and friendship.

I would have really liked to have loved this place. Let's face it, veterinarian clinics are equally unappealing as the dentist. The final bill is NEVER what you expect. I love my Tichy, probably love her more than the air I breathe, and there really is nothing I wouldn't do. But when you call and get a "rough" estimate, it should not be north of $140 OVER that. I think with this service type, it is important to have forward upfront conversations regarding cost. The doctor was great, the assistant was nice and professional, as much as they could be with my little girl showing how much of a beast should could be. I'm really tossed on the whole rating issue, between a 2 or 3. The facility was clean, the people great, one of them could have been a little more personable, but I'm leaving her out of this rating; no count. Ok. I would recommend this facility based on my initial visit. If you choose this doctor (clinic), just make sure you are getting the information you need to make the right decision. Cost wise, I think they are rather pricy. Office visit, allergy pill, shampoo, antibiotics $299.92- seems high. But they do know their stuff!!

Everyone was extremely nice and polite. I might get to pick Gracie up this morning. I'm praying that they call with good news then I will go get her. I will post more later today as I find out what's going on with Gracie.

We’ve gone to Bradley Veterinary Hospital for years! Love and appreciate all the hard working techs and doctors there. We know it’s not an easy job, but we appreciate how well you care about our pets. Highly recommend this veterinarian hospital!

I had a previous bill owed. I took one of my dogs to get a rabies shot. I told them I needed to pay the other bill at the same time. They refused to take the payment and then sent a bill. I told them I don't have checks and couldn't get off work to run by and pay it. They wouldn't take payment over the phone. I finally got off work early and paid it. Now they sent the same bill saying it wasn't paid. I figured it was mailed about the same time I paid it but the next month they sent a bill threatening collection. Very rude people. Called and left several messages. No return call ever !!!

Do not board your animals here. I picked up my 3 dogs today and they were covered in urine and had dried feces stuck in their fur.

We absolutely love Bradley Veterinary Hospital! All the doctors and staff are very compassionate and truly care about your furbabies! Through this pandemic, they’ve not slowed down at all, you may have to wait a little longer, but that doesn’t matter as long as your furbaby is well taken care of! I’m very appreciative! Oh and the front staff are always so friendly and very helpful! I wouldn’t take my furbabies anywhere else! Highly recommend!!

I took my dog in for a brief check of a bite on her stomach and her allergy shot. Since we are not allowed to go in, I was not asked before they trimmed her nails which was very upsetting as I prefer to take her to a groomer. She was returned with several nails cut to the quick, one bleeding, and several nails splitting. They were rough and catching on my seats and other things once we were home. The vet tech responsible for using unsharp instruments and cutting her nails so poorly deserves nothing short of being fired. NO action should be taken without the consent of the owner, and that definitely should not be the outcome. My dog was limping on her paw due to the soreness from the bleeding nail. The owners should be ashamed of hiring someone who does their job so poorly. We will not be using this vet again, and I will (and have already due to this incident this weekend) actively advocate against usage of this facility.
