Pet Inn Kennels Chattanooga, Tennessee

I sent my Maxell to pet and Kennels for 4 to 5 days while I had to take a trip out of town. Very reasonable in price and they love our doggie and took care of him very well.

I used to love this place when it was pet inn kennels since it has been The Ranch (or whatever) they won't even see my dog who's been going there for years

They have been carrying for our dogs grooming needs for several years. Very prompt and nice people. Good communication and fair pricing. Easy to work with.

I have been going to Martha for 10 years and she has always done a good job on my pets. And she has always been affordable.

Very nice people that our dog liked until..uhem, they performed a certain procedure. In an effort to save money we learned how to do the procedure. If you are looking for someone to "express" a certain gland, I highly recommend them.

The lady that runs the place is rude. They almost refused my dog because he is a small 30 mutt that has some Staffordshire terrier in him. He's affraid of his own shadow and he's the size of a toy poodle...they tried to over charge u . I had a froupon and they told me 1st time stays are 20 dollars. Also we have 2 dogs. One is my son's hand one is mine. They would only let one of us use a groupon and they said there was a discount for a second dog. Which they said no but it was stated on dropoff. Unprofessional. I will never go back

This kennel is the perfect place for our large dog. The staff is great with him. We appreciate knowing he is well taken care of in our absence. He looked great and was very happy when he picked him up!! Thank you for taking such good care of him for us!

I used this kennel quite a bit when I lived in Chattanooga. They often run groupons. I always paid the extra $5 a day for my dogs to get 20 minutes of play time which seemed to make a difference. The tell-tale sign for me was that my dogs were happy to go back. It made me realize that they were enjoying their vacation.

Nice people lots of running room for Mr. Jingles with a field out back and few neighbors in case of doggy escapes

A decent grooming of our Aussie, and cost was at card, mayber above. The greeting at drop-off was interesting,... the owner seemed just a little testy, and we were made to feel like we were being intrusive? We'll find another groomer that at least pretends to appreciate clients.

Stopped in by accident looking for a pet store. Tatiana was so professional and polite. She answered our questions which had nothing todo with grooming or boarding, she made some phone calls for us and was genuinely a pleasure.

My first experience was ok my dog seem to be happy to get out. However, second time I took my dog the management seemed a little less friendly and when I picked her up she was the unhappy get out bad vibes of mistreatment will never go back.

The owner and operator, Martha Merritt, runs a wonderful establishment. Her facility is always very clean and there is a feeling of warmth and love as soon as you walk through the doors. All of her employees are always so welcoming and cheerful as well. Upon arrival, my dog and I both are always welcomed with a warm smile and an inviting greeting from Martha as well as her diligent staff. Everytime I come to pick up my dog, no matter who groomed him, he always looks, smells, and feels amazing! I highly recommend Martha and her staff to tale great care of anyone's pet. I will continue my business with Pet Inn Kennels for many years to come!
