Groomingdale's Chattanooga, Tennessee

Nice people but they charged me $25 just to clip my dogs nails. I’ve never paid that much for a nail clip. Outrageous!

Did a good job trimming the dog's nails but THE PRICE is outrageous. $30 for just nail trim and grins for 1 dog. My mistake for not asking prior to going but who would've thought a place would charge that much for 5 minutes worth of work. DON'T GO BEFORE ASKING FOR THE PRICE

We just took our labradoodle to Groomingdales for the first time this morning and couldn’t be happier! We let them know exactly what we wanted and he looks great. The ladies there were super nice and our pup seems happy too!!

Groomingdale's is the ONLY place I will take my baby. The staff there does a wonderful job of taking care of your pups and I am always pleased with the service.

These guys and gals always do a great job on my golden/spaniel mix. She was a muddy matted mess and was so much happier after a food wash and trim. They even gave her ear bows as it was her birthday! Hee hee

All staff members are people-friendly, dog-loving, compassionate, caring, and professional people! They use the best products, and will follow your directions if you ask for a specific cut. They take time to share tips with you about the care of your doggos. My dogs can’t wait when they get in the car to go to Groomingdale’s! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Great people. Amazing dog grooming!

This is my new go-to spot! My dog Paddington is a golden/Aussie mix, and they always follow my requests and leave him looking great. They consider it a "trim" so it's less expensive than other places. I highly recommend them, especially for the grooming of golden retrievers! June 2020 edit: 3 years later, I still go here! I've also started taking my 12-year-old Westie. They are very gentle and kind. Still a wonderful place!

These guys are the a BEST in chattanooga, and I’ve been to several places. Hunter is who I take my fluffier dog to and he does an excellent job with the cut. Our other dog doesn’t need a cut, so has seen others there and they’ve always done a good job. Their prices are also less expensive than anywhere else I’ve seen in chattanooga, which is an added bonus!

They treat our pup who is 16 and blind with care.

Always very happy with 12 years of them grooming my Scottish Terriers, Rooney and McTavish. Know they adore the dogs they groom and can be trusted to take good care of them and look like AKC Champions!! Good to talk with them and let you know what you want done. Have some extras they did not used to have, so you can decide what you may or not want. I drive all the way from Mountain Cove to go there and they to accommodate my long drive as possible.

We took our miniature schnauzer to Groomingdales three times to be groomed. The last grooming, they trimmed her beard in a rounded fashion, which is not a schnauzer style and was not discussed when we dropped her off. It will take at least a year for her beard to regrow. We do not recommend this groomer.

We have a small dog and are particular where we take him. Groomingdale’s was recommended to us by a friend. They have had great experiences and love the place. That being said, when we picked up our dog we paid and went straight home. As soon as we got home, we noticed on his paw a decently large spot that had been snipped by the scissors. We were unhappy that nothing had been said when he was picked up. We called the next morning and were told that the assistant present the day before was told to let us know. Needless to say that didn’t happen. We will not be returning here.
