Best vet experience. The doctor is great and every staff member is so good with animals!

My cat is a diva and hates going to the vet but MSPWC always goes above and beyond to make it comfortable for her! They are so kind and patient with her and make us feel welcome!!

The entire staff is incredible. I love taking my dogs there. It's quick and easy and they are super helpful. They helped me rehab a rescue that is now looking fabulous. I went in for a vaccine the other day and the tech had the vaccine waiting for us at the desk, weighed him, vaxxed him, charged my card on file, gave my baby treats, and we were out the door. It took literally 2 minutes. Incredible.

Dr. John and his staff are simply amazing. Patient and very thorough, making sure you are comfortable with asking questions but also with the answers provided.

We have been clients for years. Our French mastiffs have been treated for snake bite, being hit by an automobile, ear infections, and yearly vaccinations. Dr. Lindsay and his staff always make our visits a pleasant experience. He is very through and willing to answer all our questions. The staff is always friendly. We greatly appreciate the care and services at Main Street Pet Wellness.

My dog has gone from feral flee infested with heart worms to a happy healthy house dog and Main Street is a huge part of that. The vet insists on making a positive relationship with my dog at the beginning and end of each appointment (hand feeding him treats) despite knowing that he’s defensive and needs a muzzle for injections, so he’s choosing to take a risk in order to make it a better and calmer experience for my pup. Can’t say enough good things, Chattanooga is lucky to have this place.

Since when do vets not accept new "patients"? I have been trying to get my pet cared for and no one in Chattanooga is willing to see me. I guess I'll just let my poor cat suffer. Screw this place and screw Chattanooga! ????????????

Nervous to find a new vet, I explained that and then was put on hold for too long. So I hung up and went elsewhere.

Loved the vet, very concerned and wanted to make sure he received the proper care.

The team at Main Street Pet Wellness Center was quick to see us, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Lindsay was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with our dog, answer questions, and get us in and out quickly. We will continue to go to Main Street Pet Wellness Center for our dogs.

Our first visit was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and Dr. Lindsay answered all of my first time dog mom questions and made Hanks feel comfortable and right at home. We feel really lucky to have Main Street Pet Wellness Center in our neighborhood.

Main Street always takes great care of our two dogs. The Vet always comes out to the vehicle to make sure we cover everything and don't have any questions.

When my old vet retired I hadn’t found a new one that was perfect for our family. When I tried Main Street Pet Wellness I knew I finally found an awesome vet that clicked with us. Dr. Lindsay is thorough and reasonable with treatment options, he genuinely cares about his patients, and makes sure the humans feel good too. His staff are what really set them apart from others too. Kind, patient, professional, and caring. They all go out of their way to make it a welcoming, comforting environment. My baby was in great hands and loved going to see her buddies.

By far the best veterinary experience available in this town. A cool Dr. and staff who actually listen to their clients, which enables them to provide the best service to your pet. Reasonable cost, and prompt service round out the two thumbs up they get from me and my pet.

The whole staff here is very good and relaxing to work with. Dr Lindsey is the best and puts you at ease with his explanation of whats going on and how to fix it. Its a stress free environment when most vets Ive experienced in the past were boaderline chaotic.

I take my senior rescue dog to Main Street Pet Wellness Center and they are always genuinely loving and concerned about his well being. The thing I appreciate the most about Main St & Dr. Lindsay is how they listen and address every single concern (and trust me, always have a long list) I have about Zeus. They always take their time and explain his care plan to me in a way I can understand! I never worry about Zeus when he is on the care of the staff at Main St Pet Wellness Center!

For the past three years I have trusted the care of all three of my rescue pups to Main Street Pet Wellness Center. I noticed right away the patience and care Dr. Lindsey took with each and every family. So when my 13 year old Beagle Bassett was close to the end of his life, I felt very comforted knowing Main Street had done all that they could for him, informed me of his condition and all the healthcare options. When we chose to peacefully let Henry pass over the rainbow, the folks at Main Street were very caring. Allowing my daughter and I the time and space to say goodbye. They even provided a bowl full of peanut butter we could give Henry as his 'last meal'. I cannot say enough about Main Street Pet Wellness Center. They truly love all animals and the people who love them.

Love them! Dr. Lindsey is awesome and really takes the time to get to know your pets. Does what the dog needs and doesn't add on unnecessary expenses. Was seeing another vet in town and was unhappy after being with them for 3 years. Came to Main Street and have never once been disappointed!

Honest review: I've brought my female shepherd Ava here for well over a year and I have never had a negative experience with her, or the staff. I can honestly say John Lindsay is a great guy and handled her very well. My male was on a plan with Banfield and I hated it there so I brought him to John. My male is known to be a little aggressive at the vets and John did a great job handling him. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and kindness from this little vet clinic on main Street. I had the wellness plan which was very reasonable for me. Overall I honestly give John and his staff 5 stars for going above and beyond taking care of my pups as well as answering all my questions and concerns with no hesitation. He is willing to take his time and does not rush you out of the door like Banfield did. I whole heartedly appreciate the knowledge and courtesy I get from them -Brian

This vet is the BEST. Always available for questions and prompt with replies. He takes the time to explain and is so patient with nervous mothers! Big thanks to Amir too...highly recommended!!
