I can't say enough about this place! Had my two puppies spayed this week, and the care they received was phenomenal! They are all truly professionals! The upbeat and friendly staff are great for nervous pet parents and for scared animals. The care and the quick responses to questions and concerns were invaluable. Dr. Murphy is a master with sutures, too, very clean. If you love your pet and want a friendly, caring environment, then supporting this small business is truly worth it!

Is this place even open? I keep calling and no one ever answers. Unimpressed.

Always have great service. Of course we only go when our dog needs her shots or is having issues. Never a long wait and very convenient for us since we live about a mile away.

My 82 year old mother come to the facility with her dog that had a tumor that was bleeding profusely. She was very upset and crying. When they pulled in there were some employees that were going in and she told them the issue they just nonchalantly told her that the vet would not be in until 10am. They did not offer any assistance until the vet came in or any advice as to somewhere she could go. My mother drives but just limited around the lookout valley area. My mother asked them where she should go and they pretty much just shrugged their shoulder. This ended up being a life and death situation and the dog died. I would not recommend this incompetent veterinarian clinic to anyone. Their lack of sympathy and unprofessionalism is just unbelievable. There is a vet up the road in Trenton that are caring and competent. Trust me it’s worth the drive.

Took our puppies here for the first time and I was very pleased. So helpful answering our questions and they took great care of our dogs. If you want special professional treatment for your animals, this is the place to go:)

I've had my cat, Chosen, groomed here for several years and they always do a great job. I had him groomed yesterday and his cut looks SO CUTE! I don't know who groomed him but it's the best he's looked and i really enjoy the attention to detail. Thank you!!!

horrible experience.....almost like the other review saying how bazaar she is....she also charges 3x what other vets do.....she was fired from dade animal clinic years back for incompetence.....beware..don't go.... she yells.screams....and threatens.

Best pizza! Best view! If you are in the Chattanooga area come visit this place. You won't be disappointed.

WARNING- DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! Long story short, my bizzare and overall horrific experience at Lookout Valley Pet Hospital resulting in me I asking Dr. Murphy, "Why are you yelling at me?" as Dr. Murphy proceed to scream, at the top of her lungs in response," I WAS NOT YELLING THEN, NOW I AM YELLING, THIS IS YELLING!!!!!!!!!!!" I was in shock. My dad and I sat there in awe as she continued to carry on. Eventually, I started videotaping her hysterical, irrational and downright scary response, to share with other dog lovers looking for a safe and calm medical professional to examine their fur babies, and she LUNGED at me to grab my phone, screaming that she was going to call the police on us! It was the craziest thing I have ever experienced. As a dog lover and human being, I suggest nobody support this veterinarian's practice. My poor dog is traumatized from this experience, as am I.

My dog Duke loves when I say do you want to go see Doctor Murphy. Then when we pull it the yard he shakes lol. Great people!!!!!

Dr. Murphy and her staff always treat our pets like they are their own. The staff is knowledgable and most of the time you can get an appointment the same day. Dr. Murphy is great, always very friendly.

We feel very fortunate to have LVPH as our neighborhood veterinary clinic. They've provided excellent care when our pets aren't feeling well, and looked after them when we travel. Don't take your pet anywhere else!
