Doctor Mary Stanley (the chihuahua doctor) has cared for my three chihuahuas for over ten years and I trust no one else with them. I’ve sent multiple people to her and they all love her for many reasons. Cesar, Judith Butters and Isabella (Hamburger) owe their health to her and the entire team. These people all have golden hearts.

I took my baby doggie here over the summer because he's sick. I paid over $600 to be told that everything about him is fine, except he has some arthritis. No mention of any other issues, although he clearly has them. The Vet also quoted me incorrectly in the paperwork in a very inappropriate and unprofessional manner. This clinic should be run out of business and any employees who are responsible for gaslighting me and denying my pet proper care should be held accountable for purposeful negligence and malpractice.

Dr. Brackett talked to me for 20 minutes about my puppy. Seems genuinely concerned about animal health.

We have been taking both our dogs, Milo & Sophie, here for over 3 years. Not only do we trust them with the health of our dogs, but we have boarded the dogs with them and had the dogs groomed there. Dr. Brackett knows our dogs well and he and the staff seem to care about Milo & Sophie almost as much as we do. We also like that they do not push expensive treatments on you and will try less expensive (and less invasive) options first to see if they work. Overall, the costs are very reasonable so we are able to provide high quality care for our dogs without breaking the bank.

Knowledgeable and warm and friendly quick and easy. Will not charge you an arm and a leg. Helped my blue heeler dog feel much better after an infection.

Dr. Brackett is the best! He has done a wonderful job over the years helping us take care of our dogs, cats and ferrets!

Very pleased with the professionalism of this office. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have had two surgery procedures performed here and our dogs have done well. They are upfront about cost for procedures. Cost can get expensive, so I like the fact of knowing a low cost and high cost estimate.

They charged me 80 to treat my cat for worms. I am a senior on fixed income.they did not fix my problem and want to charge again. Crooks they get a 1 rediting they get one star, how hard is it to fix worms?

Very attentive ...even to I was freaking out that there might be something wrong with my precious dog... There was nothing wrong with her thank goodness.... everybody was so nice!! Will go back if I have another freak out emergency

We've been going to Chattanooga veterinary clinic now for many years , we are very happy with them they have an astounding reputation they are very responsible they're clean and most of all of what I like they're very kind animals and they're very kind to us even during the pandemic I would have to say that they're always happy to go lucky when they answer the phone or happy go lucky with their clients because they appreciate your business and the service they provide so yeah if I was to recommend any clinic for veterinarian services it would have to be CBC if Chattanooga to me they get a 10 in my book thank you God bless Godspeed.

Picked this puppy up off the road, took him here... He ended up having non contagious mange and some type of really pad paw infection that had his paw swelled up probably three times its size... ANYWAYS.. got that baby in and out on the right medications... And here we are three weeks later and his hair is groeing back and he can now jump and be a normal dog. If i didnt save him he would probably be desd by now, and all that only costed 150.00.. Why do people have dogs if they cant afford the vet bills?! They are the best vet clinic ive been to in my thirty years of life!

I had to take 1of our cats in. First time here. The young ladies that helped me were very kind and professional. Everything was completely explained, and we will be going back in 2 weeks for surgery. Excellent Customer Service

Dr. Bracket is so amazing with exotic and pocket pets! This office does the best for the pet and owner! By far the best vet office here in Chattanooga. They know what they are doing snd I trust them with my fur babies.
