I had been very unhappy with my experience with Chattanooga vets. This place changed my mind completely. It started with the knowledgeable office staff and then to the vet herself. Dr.Jacobs is absolutely one of the best vets I have had contact with. My dogs aren't easy patients lol. I really appreciate the compassionate care we received there, both for our pets and us as concerned pet parents. I also thank Carla. She really gets all the credit for encouraging me to book appointments with them. This place is top notch and I surely recommend it to everyone who loves their fur babies like I love mine. Thank you guys for everything!!!

We just recently moved away from the Chattanooga area, but anyone looking for high quality service should just know that East Brainerd Animal Hospital is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. My animals absolutely love Dr. Carter and when we would say we were going to see him, they would perk up and wag their tails. You’ll find great, professional service from everyone in this office along with truly caring vets and vet techs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. They have saved my pup multiple times. She is old and has health problems. The staff is always kind and caring. I will never take an animal I have to another facility. They truly care about you and your pet. They also work very well with you to make sure you have the best experience.

Best vets I've ever used.

Absolutely love this clinic! Moved to the area a little over a year ago after having an amazing relationship with a vet for many years and I knew would be near impossible to replace. Went to a few different vets before finding Dr. Carter through the reference of another boxer exhibitor and I am so grateful, he is incredible! After needing a kind of emergency visit where Dr. Carter wasn’t available and having to see the other vets on staff I was equally as happy. Not only are the doctors amazing the entire staff is friendly, professional and great with the animals. As someone who has been involved in animals my entire life and breeding and exhibiting dogs for close to 20 years I am thrilled to have found East Brainerd Animal Hospital to care for my furry children!!

Just called to try and get my dog in to see a vet. She is in obvious pain and is trembling uncontrollably. The lady that answered the phone said they were to busy to see her. I think the lack of concern and co-operation speaks volumes.

These guys are awesome they make you feel like your animals are people too. They really care about the animals.

Highly recommend Dr. Jacob's! Very friendly staff

Most Vets appear to be competent and concerned...I believe the staff and Dr. Revelle are truly concerned and bery competent having owned dogs and cats for many years. Our Lab is a rescue who does not like some males, obviously something happened to him. Dr. Revelle is cautious but doesn't fear him and gets on the floor with him to calm him and exam him. Also impressed that that they offer a panel of blood tests on an annual basis to try to stay ahead of issues. A good choice for one of your best friends.

They're great with animals. Zeus is lucky to have them!

Vet is fine, their prices and nickle and dime mentality is just ridiculous. Consider pricing a few places before settling here.

I take my fur babies there and we love the staff

This is týr. He is a Caucasian ovcharka. His breed has a less than stellar reputation for being friendly. He loves going to the vet. If we pass the vet and don't stop, he whines the whole ride home. They make him feel like a star. I swear he thinks he owns the place when he's there and I'm positive he has a crush on his vet, Dr. Revelle.
