I’ve had nothing but great experiences at ATAH. The receptionists are so friendly and always willing to help. The doctors clearly care very much for their clients, both the pets and their humans. I know I’m being heard and receiving great care. Our girl loves it there!

Absolutely excellent place to take you fur babies. They took care of ours. They were amazing, courteous, concerned, and helpful. 5 stars.

My Bonnie has congestive heart failure stage 5 murmur,on 2 meds and it only cost 118.00.including 1 med for a month. And I just spoke to you November 29th 2021 about bill. I only owe you from total bill of 120.00 after nice couple paid 70.00 so I could get my Bonnie flea meds that you told me to come get didn't tell me I had to pay my bill before I could get flea meds. Such a wonderful couple. They said they would never be back, treated badly and then they witnessed how I was treated. My owed bill should be 40.00 not 140.00 and since I spoke yesterday they turned over to collections and now owe 220.00. I sa I d I have started new job and would make payments after yesterday's vet diagnosis and bill. Which Ashland Terrace should have told me how serious the heart murmur could be. So thankful for new vet. Dr's need alot more compassion, especially because of Pandemic and person trying to do right by ther furbaby. And this was time frame of 8months.

This has been my vet for years now, great staff and doctors who go above and beyond and truly care for the pets.

Very caring staff. Had good communication with the veterinarian who was honest about the treatment needed to have a chance of survival for my Labrador,Gordon. I highly recommend this vet.

Our normal veterinarian was unable to see my sick dog, and they didn't have an in-person appointment for weeks. They also didn't return multiple messages! Ashland Terrace was able to get us a walk-in appointment on extremely short notice. Even better, they told me when to arrive so we weren't waiting for too long, which is appreciated during these COVID times. Despite being a walk-in, our appointment was faster than a visit to our normal veterinarian. Many thanks to Dr. Wohlers and the staff at Ashland Terrace Animal Hospital!

I have much gratitude for Ashland Terrace Animal Hospital. They boarded my dog Reece, and gave him his vaccine boosters. Reece was a handful. He was not used to being around other people/animals, and he’s never been away from my son and I. They told me up front, they weren’t sure if he could stay, due to his anxiety and aggression. I fully expected a call before we even left town. They were patient with him. We only got one call, because he was having a really hard time with us being gone. We decided to try some anxiety medication, and that seemed to help. They were able to keep him, although I’m know it was a challenge. I hate that he gave them sure a hard time, but they were wonderful in dealing with him. If they can handle my little terror, they can handle anything. I have great appreciation for them. For a long time this is where I took my dog. Then I moved about 1 hour away. About a year later my dog got super grumpy and snippy. I couldn't have that with a young toddler, so I took her to the new vet I was seeing, as well as another that was close by. Neither could find anything wrong. Obviously I didn't want to put her down, but would if we couldn't make her safe for a toddler, and others to be around again. So as a last step I made the trip back to Ashland terrace, and told them everything above. The quickly diagnosed 2 abscessed teeth, and I had them pulled. She was back to her normal personality, and I got 3 more years with her before she unexpectedly died while sleeping. I have moved back to within 30 minutes of this vet, and am now taking my two dogs to them. This vet is great. Reasonable wait times, and capable veterinarians, and vet techs.

I love the Vets, they're very knowledgeable and put my pets at ease, but my cat has prescription food and they never alert me when it's available/in stock after asking multiple times. This last time resulted in my cat peeing all over my house because I didn't know it was on back order and was forced to get generic. Chewy had it in stock and sent an e-mail - while ATAH never called or e-mailed. I still love them and they treat my fur babies well, even if they don't keep up with Rxs.
