All the staff were so kind and helpful. They worked hard to help Enola, my pooch, feel comfortable and confident during her annual visit.

I have 2 kittens, now 4 months old and we've been going to Northgate Animal Hospital since they were newborns. We've gone every few weeks for vaccinations and every time, we are seen right at our appointment time. All the staff is very friendly and loving towards my kittens. Dr. Tindell feels like a friend from the first introduction. He never rushes off to the next patient; he really takes the time to explain what's going on, what the options are, potential side effects, and he always asks if I have any questions or concerns. He explains things clearly, kindly, and he's very professional and knowledgeable. When we've had a couple emergent situations (illness), NAH gets us in for an appointment the same day and the doctor calls within a day or two afterwards to check on how the kittens are doing. Everyone at NAH treats me and my kittens with respect and care.

I absolutely love this place! I bring my sweet Golden, Rosie, here. The staff take very good care of her while she day boards and give her tons of undivided attention. Rosie is always excited to come to stay at Northgate.

Dr. Randy saw our dog Percy the other day and took his usual great, and thoughtful care. I can't recommend them highly enough. Wonderful people, super friendly and super helpful.

The veterinarians have expert knowledge. They are also very kind and compassionate. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind. Your fur baby is always loved and cared for by all of them. Dr. Jim is my cat's veterinarian.

I went for the first time today for my new cat's eye infection. This was the most involved vet I've ever talked to. All the front desk people, vet techs, etc. Were SO nice.

So many dead fish and snails. Its horrific, they would prefer the fish die instead of letting people pay a decent price for them. Fish that will live a very short life if not dead already. It's super sad.
