Dr. Jones and his staff always go the extra mile to ensure your pet are doing well. I have been taking my CavaPoo here since he was 11 weeks old and he is now a little over a year. My CavaPoo recently had a severe allergic reaction from his groomers and I was able to receive quality care from Dr. Jones and his staff. Dr. Jones showed much compassion and care for my pet and even checked on how he was doing throughout the weekend. It’s so hard to find genuine people these days and I must say Dr. Jones is phenomenal and his staff are awesome as well!

We have taken our dogs here for over 20 years. Our two original fur babies passed after long full lives and our current ones benefit from the great care now. Dr. Jones is FANTASTIC!

Dr. Jones has been our vet for over thirty years. It is rare to find such a patient and understanding vet like Dr. Jones and his team Susan, Jen and several others. They are professional, sensitive and do not try to up sell or push decisions on you. Straight forward and honest. If Dr. Jones and his staff ever close their doors it will be a very sad day. There are very few like them. I would never go to any one else as long as I have a choice.

I've been taking my 3 cocker spaniels there for years. Dr Jones is an excellent veterinarian, he and his staff are very caring.

Dr. Jones is 1-in-a-million for dedication, value, and tableside manners. My dog Piglet loves going to see him, which it is kinda rare for a dog to like going to the vet. She likes him so much, we even bring her there when it’s the other dog’s turn for checkups just for the emmotional support, and so she can say “what’s up” to her buddy Dr. Jones! He seems genuinely excited to see her each time too! GREAT vet, and close to my house, and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Jones!

My roommate and I both recently adopted kittens, one four months and one seven months. They immediately started having several issues, including eye infections and chronic diarrhea. We took them to another vet two times hoping to get them fixed up, but were disappointed by the lack of results after giving these poor babies all sorts of expensive medications. At a coworker's recommendation, we tried Cool Springs Animal Hospital, and were both overwhelmed by the wonderful service and expertise of the staff. They even suggested a cheaper alternative to a medication that I could use at home. After bringing my little kitten in for an ear issue, CSAH called me three separate times to check on her and make sure she was responding well to the medicine. It's obvious that the staff cares very deeply about animals and just wants them to be as healthy as possible. I'm so glad we've finally found our vet!

Dr. Jones and his staff have taken care of my pets for the past 14 years. They go above and beyond in making my pets and I feel comfortable about treatments. Its like dealing with family. I won't let anyone else care for my critters!
