Good place for your pets needs

I'm here every other week to purchase Frozen mice for my son's snake. The line is always short it's quick easy and out and they have a big store with a lot of products.

I arrive to my appointment 20 Mins early to go over everything beforehand. I received TWO phone calls the day before, asking me to bring the rabies vaccination card. I did everything I needed to do, including filling out the health concern when I booked the appointment. No one bothered to ask me about it, nor does it affect grooming. It’s her diet. I am asked about it at the appointment and the groomer says she’s never heard of it so she googles it and says she doesn’t feel comfortable doing it. Which is absolutely ridiculous but this should’ve been addressed one of the two times I was called about her vaccination proof. Extremely unprofessional. It’s very sad that dogs that aren’t in perfect health, can’t be groomed. But the issue here is, lack of communication on the groomers part.

The staff was very friendly and loved our doggo. Treats were given in the check out line.

I love the choices available and all the services for pets here. It is hard to find canned kitten food though. They are usually out of stock, but maybe that has to do with supply chain shortages here lately. Staff are friendly and loving toward your pets. Everything's labeled so it's easy to find the right aisle

They've always had everything I needed.

I have never had a bad experience at the Brentwood Petsmart location. When i have a lot of items, the staff always offers , without prompting, to help me load them into my car. Stephanie, is a jewel. She is always helpful and pleasant

The selection at petsmart has gone down hill in a major way. Nothing for puppies that isn't over priced or Nylabone. No selection of food or water bowls. Decent selection of crate mats but very disappointing.

Needed food for gecko and was not available.

I use the Banfield vet here and they are great! I also took one of my two dogs to the training there prior to Covid, and now I have one dog that behaves.

Hi. I just popped into PetSmart with my sister, to pick up a harnesses for her doggy. They had all of these Halloween costumes out and my little boy here, Bruce loves to dress up. He looks so cute as a little lion. I think maybe we'll try the shark fin the next time we go in. ????Thanks PetSmart.

We've never taken our dogs to Petsmart grooming, but every groomer I called in Nashville was either short staffed or booked for 2-3 months out. Do NOT take your golden doodle here. They will butcher him/her and sheer them like a sheep without your permission. I've never seen a worse grooming job in my life. (Ignore the socks in the photo), but you can see how short they shaved his chest and up his neck .They shaved a circle around his neck where his collar goes and a huge spot behind his ear. He was matted, but there was absolutely no reason to shave him to his skin like this. They didn't even try to blend it, just left him looking like this.

Great job grooming my Siberian Husky. It's unbelievable how much better she looks! She looks like a different dog

Love this place. Friendly staff. Obedience classes for dogs are a good deal.

Some really tasty southern comfort food. Even the ocra was good;) The atmosphere and hospitality are excellent. And fried green tomatoes! Never had those before. Yummm! Walk through buffet style, they can feed a lot of people quickly, with great food.

I delivered supplies there. Very nice people.

Cashier was great and gave us coupons to use towards our purchase
