The staff at Watauga Veterinary Hospital goes out of their way to be kind and caring. Dr. Fair and her staff have taken great care of my family's pets for quite some time and have always been fantastic. Recently when we had to visit, Dr Fair and her staff made a very sad and stressful situation for us as comfortable as it could possibly be. Dr. Fair was very helpful and truly cared about our pet as well as our feelings and well being. I would recommend Watauga Veterinary Hospital to anyone who has a pet and is even close to Boone.

This is my preferred vet in the high country. They have renovated their office and it is gorgeous, but they are still the most affordable vet. They also are the most personable. Due to renovations they offer more services like x-ray and surgery, and more exam rooms

Even tho the outcome of our visit wasnt as we planned. Dr Fair treated us with the most compassion and love. She gave my beloved best friend the best care as he crossed the rainbow bridge. Her staff is excellent and when the time comes for another friend she will be one of the first ones to meet him/her.

Dr. Fair and staff are wonderful. They truly have a heart for animals. They don't rush you through and spend time discussing and explaining everything. I highly recommend them!

This practice provides great care for my dog. They are kind and compassionate, and love on my dog. The service is excellent and they are very conscious of providing excellent service with minimal costs. Thankful for them and the services they provide.

We just moved to this veterinary clinic and I'm SO GLAD we did. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The vet is thorough and took her time to explain everything to me so I could make informed decisions without being rushed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr. Newlin is so kind; they are easy to work with and affordable. Great compassion when I had to put down my cat, and later, my dog. These people truly love our animals! Lynn is great.
