Did not have my registration !!! I spent a long time filling out a lengthy form and registered an account, only to be turned away, dog in hand on my way to a football game. They did not answer multiple calls to confirm. They only do curbside pickup and only accept call or text to drop them off. Wasted 30 minutes.

Placed our sweet Bella for the boarding while we stayed at Sugar Top and went skiing. Staff called with concern of our sweet baby not eating her dinner. Bella did end up eating all her dinner thanks to.all the staff. They took excellent care of here for three days. Also Bella had so much fun playing on the ridge and with all the other doggy friends. Great place to drop for the day or have an extended stay overnight while you enjoy Boone and surrounding areas. We will be back next time we are up.

My dog loves going to Ridge Runner! When I pick him up he goes on and on about how much fun he had. Okay, well maybe not, but he does come home happy and tired, and he is always really excited to go back. The people who work there are friendly, responsive, and seem to genuinely love the dogs. I have no concerns about leaving my pup there, and I highly recommend it to others.

I would not recommend this place. I got charged a late fee for being there at 10 but could not get a hold of someone until 10:03 therefore after 10 you get $18.00 tacked on! Are you kidding me. 3 minutes because there were others picking up their dog and All the doors are locked so you have to call. On top of that, my dog smells like urine... will not be boarding my dog here again!

It was the first time my dog was boarded and they took amazing care of my boy. The services are also incredibly affordable

I certainly would not recommend this place. Our first and only experience was extremely disappointing. I booked dog daycare and called twice to make sure it was confirmed only to drive 3 hours out of town to get there to drop off this morning and was told they do not have our dog on the list and they are full. I asked to talk to a manager given the young man I spoke with did not seem very understanding or apologetic and the young man stated he was the manager and he didn’t know why they did not have our dog on the list and the guy that I spoke with yesterday shouldn’t have confirmed. What chaos (not to mention ruined ski plans)...we were potential new repeat customers but now, we will NOT be back and will not recommend this unprofessional and unreliable business to anyone!

First day for our foxhound Bo: he was not fed all day!!! Then his dew claw was injured resulting in bleeding & pain. Injury occurred about 3:00 pm & not attended to until 7:30 pm. Austin, the office manager, was present Neither one of us were called about the injury. He could not decide whether to wash Bo’s injury, advised due to blood around the area. What! Blood is excellent source for bacteria-causing Infection. Infection. Lack of medical care. Dr. Stated wound washed. But dried blood remained around the wound. Incomplete info. about Bo’s prescription. Austin did not stipulate that medicine’ action helped pain, our priority at the time. One of Bo’s owner s is an RN & noticed the error. The med. cost $11 a pill. (Actual cost 38 cents a pill.) High cost takes advantage of vulnerable pet owners. Buyer beware.

Concrete pads for the pooches. If they soil the bed, the staff remove the bed. Cold and hard and loud. I would have preferred more attention directed toward our dog because she was anxious. They said they’d text updates but didn’t. The plus was having the ability for the dog to be outside all day. I won’t use this service again.

We dropped our girls off for daycare while we were in town visiting. We had some errands to get done that weren’t dog friendly. The staff was courteous and personable. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Our dog loves it! He loves going there and playing outside with all the other dogs. When we get near he starts getting excited and can't wait to run in. Also the staff is great. They love all of the dogs that spend the day.
