Friendly, efficient, and unflappable office staff, GREAT Vets, and their Vet Techs are Saints! Dr. Johnson's been our vet and a friend for over 20 years, Dr. Liz and Dr. Chestnut are wonderful. Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else

Super caring folks. Dr Liz Watson saved my fur baby's life. And then called at night to see how he was doing! We had no idea how sick he was. She has a special gift with animals. We've also seen Dr Keith Chesnutt and he is also awesome!

The greatest word I could use to describe this animal hospital is COMPASSIONATE! They were absolutely wonderful to our Auggie and to us! We could not be more comfortable knowing our pets would be in their care! Thank you!

I have been struggling with another large vet in town and for a large collection of reasons I decided it was time to move to a new vet. My mother-in-law recommended these folks and simply put I was not disappointed. I would even go as far to say that my first visit tonight has been the best vet visit I have ever had with any of my pets over my lifetime. The staff was great, the prices were less than I have been paying at the other vet, and I learned tonight that the medications I need can be bought through them for less than I can find online. All around would 100% recommend this office for your pet.

Prompt and compassionate service. Prescription prices are better via mail order.

Saw both Dr. Palmer and Dr. Chesnutt after bringing in a stray cat. They were both helpful and professional in making sure the cat was healthy. The vet tech was also amazing, she was super kind and gentle. Thank you for taking such great care of my new family member!

Where do I even begin. There staff an the vets there are amazing . Above an beyond . I wouldn't chose any other vet . Never criticize about the food you feed your dog always helpful with meds, communication, an vary vary kind , understanding an have so much compassion ❤. Great doctors - very professional!!

So I know I have reviewed this place before, but I have to admit, had a slight problem and they made it right! Outstanding customer service, amazing experience. This is a place I want to do business with, but not only that, they all really care about our animals and want them to be taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere to care for their furry family! Thank you!

We were visiting Boone from out of town for the weekend and our furbaby got sick during the night with the Diarrhea that would not stop. They saw him in about 10 minutes after we arrived. They checked him over thoroughly and ran blood work and all came back OK. Said his nerves could have played havoc on his digestive system or found and ate something bad. Gave us some meds and after a few hours later my dog was feeling better and made a full recovery. I would definitely recommend them. The staff and veterinarian where very nice and helpful. I would use them again.

For seventeen years they have taken gentle care of our pets.

Our family and pets really like this Veterinarian. They have provided our dog with appropriate care during some scary visits. Our rescue dog both had heartworm treatment here and was treated for a copperhead bite. The vet is concise and upfront and is able to describe in layman's terms treatment and care.

Couldn't get an appointment until August 23rd!

I really do not have an issue with the level of care my friends get at this business. The vets seem like good people who know what they are doing. The issue I have is that every time I come here we have to wait an hour to be seen. Just schedule us an hour later. Thanks.

Great staff and great care

The visit we had yesterday was very disappointing. My dog Jovi went in for Bordetello shot, heartworm test and flea & tick pill. They did the test but did a nasal Bordetello, which has never worked for him, and did not give us the pill as requested. Proceed with caution at this facility.

We just brought in our cat who was a stray until last night. We"ve never had a cat, but loving an animal in need has no boundaries. The Staff was very courteous and pleasant. Dr. Chestnutt was very knowledgeable and caring with superb bedside manner! If any of these attributes matter to you, look no further for the care of your love one...yes, that is who the new addition to our family is to us.

I had called to ask questions about a possible appointment and I was on hold for over 15 minutes and the woman gave me attitude she was extremely unprofessional and rude I'm just getting over the death of my childhood dog and this is not the type of person that should work in pet care she was one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to kristy I think she said she was the practice manager I would never trust my animals with this woman

Everyone was super nice. Dr. Linzy stitched up my dog's wound after a hiking injury. He was informative and calming. The next day one of the girls called to check on Koko. She still has her stitches, but I was very satisfied with how everything went. Thanks to you guys. ????

Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate you the best they can. I messed up my appointment time but they worked with me to get my dog seen because I had already arrived at the office. We decided to move our pets over here after our original Vet retired. We definitely do not regret our decision to do so.

Every experience so far has been great. Kind, and knowledgeable, staff kept my cat, Professor John Smallberries, calm and well tended to. Thanks to Dr. Watson for helping keep him healthy and happy.
