Drury and the staff at Waggers are such amazing people. Look how cute my little Posey looks with her sassy haircut and flower! I know new customers are frustrated that it might be a while before they can get an appointment but I think it speaks very highly about the precautions and safety Waggers takes when it comes to their clients. They could easily be a turn and burn facility disregarding the health and welfare of the animals who come there. The reason they are the best is because of the quality and care they deliver. Hang in there, new clients, for it is worth it once they can take you I promise! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for being so good to our family, Waggers! We love y’all!

Just moved to the area and looking to find a groomer that could take care of our fur baby. Go to site only to find they aren't taking new clients. Should just listed as closed seeing no one new is being excepted.

There's a reason Waggers is so busy, they are the best of the best. I have been bringing my dogs here for years, started with the original owners. The level of cleaning, care and interaction with the dogs is amazing. The cuts are always exactly what I ask for. I think that's the key to getting what you want, simply ask. I noticed a few reviews that were not 5 stars and I must say I'm really shocked, this has to be the best groomer I have ever used in the 30+ years I've had dogs.

Best groomer in the Asheville area. My 11 year old dog always loves going for his monthly papering.

We had our 2 fur babies dropped off and picked up from Waggers while we had our human baby. They were absolutely accommodating and communicated well with our pet sitter. SO HELPFUL. We were able to return home with our new little girl and we're greeted by our well groomed, fresh smelling and happy fur family. Would overwhelmingly refer them to anyone looking to have their animals cared for. Waggers has become part of our family.

I took my little dog to have his nails trimmed. They are wonderful! I have also taken my 3 GS there to be groomed in the past. I have never had a problem. They have always done a great job for all my dogs!!

They take good care of our dogs. Nails are trimmed at the correct length, teeth brushed and glands expressed.

I really love this place! Liz is the only groomer who has ever given my dog a decent haircut! He’s a poodle and she took a ton of extra time to educate me on what would be best for his hair and where to buy the tools to keep him detangled. I told her I couldn’t afford to buy the exact tools they sold at the shop and she showed me how to buy them cheaper online and I am so grateful for her!

Bobby Venus is a fantastic pet stylist. Very friendly and accommodating service.

We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Ideally they are not trimmed or very little, especially if you are showing. We are not showing and wanted to get Maya, aka Your Highness, trimmed. We were really fortunate to get a groomer that had owned a Cavalier and gave him a perfect trim and grooming experience. They were patient with my concerns and very kind.

Wonderful, my pup was feeling proud of his new look.

They are great with my little buddy who is sweet until he has to be groomed. He always turns out to be handsome even though he is not easy to be groomed.

Joelle and the rest of the staff at Waggers do an amazing job! My dog Charley can be hard to handle with her grooming needs. But Joelle is very patient and gets the job done! We give Waggers 5 paws up!
