Our dogs know when they get here they are in for a treat! They love interacting with the other dogs. The photos they send to you are great. We drive from Hendersonville to board our dogs and go by numerous other boarders.

Great facility with great staff! My dogs love going and I’m glad that they have smaller group sizes than other facilities.

My little fur baby, Princess Midna, went in for a half day from 3-7. I was not there to drop her off but I went with my husband earlier in the week to tour the place and when we picked her up. The entrance is small but quaint. The dog runs are just plain cute, with actual house doors to each room. Most importantly, the staff that I met seemed very friendly and competent. Midna seemed pretty happy as well. I'm confident she'll be happy for her stay there over Labor Day weekend when we leave for vacation.

Our dog has never been boarded and I was anxious about it, turns out he loved his time there. Everyone was so good to him, he got lots of love and attention and sent us daily reports! Definitely will bring him back!

Let me start with this positive note: Compassionate and kind. We’ve been using VIP Pet Resorts for over 3 years and have been more than satisfied with the owner and their employees. The staff are gentle with all the “kids” who are there for day care and for boarding. I would recommend for you to stop in and visit with them before you consider taking your much loved pet to see first hand the level of professionalism and care.

VIP Pet Resorts has been taking care of our dogs for many years. They always take excellent care of our dogs. Our dogs always have a great time at "camp" and look forward to going.

Our elderly dog stayed at VIP while we were traveling. He came back to us healthy and calm, with none of the readjustment period he has had at other kennels, where he is withdrawn and fatigued for a few days. We would highly recommend this kennel.

My three dogs have been boarded there many times. The staff is very caring and detail oriented. Special directions have always been followed and there is quick drop off and pick up.

Our boys loved it but were very tired when they got home. Too much social life, I guess. We really appreciated the photos they sent while we were gone. Great experience. We'll be back.

I took my little Bear to VIP Pet Resorts for daycare for the first time the other week, and I was very happy with the results. Everyone was super nice and he came home exhausted! We will absolutely be back

Staff at VIP are fabulous and take great care of your dog! Our dog is of the nervous variety and I worried he would not do well. He came home very happy! We received daily photo's and '"report card" of his demeanor and he always looked like he was having fun in play group . Highly recommend!

Vippetresorets truely understand and love dogs. The staff love seeing each dog individually, know them personally and bond with each and every fur friend that comes through the door.

My new puppy has only gone for a couple days but so far my experience and impressions have been very positive. The staff are terrific and great with my little girl. I also live the report cards I receive everyday.

Friendly staff, location is easy to access, easy online registration. Loved the update videos and report cards! When I picked up my 2 dogs they were both tuckered out for an entire day (it’s not easy to wear out my black lab)! We will definitely be using VIP pet resorts again.

Very attentive to my dogs quirky ways. The price is a little higher than my budget allows, but I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The staff was amazing and stayed in communication with me and let me know my dog was OK through their report cards. Anytime I called to check on her they were very kind and explain to me exactly how she was doing. When I picked her up she seemed happy and as if she was very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Our first day was amazing. Truffle made several friends plus they texted pictures and a little report card complete with a nice note describing how she was adapting and getting along. Looking forward to many more playcamp visits!!

VIP Pet Resorts Arden is a great place where I take my two furbabies. They are always well taken care of while there. They are both excited when we pull up that they run up to the door begging to be let in. They always take exceptional care of my furbabies knowing them by name and giving me a run down of their activities during their stay. I always get a report card update with pictures when they stay more than overnight. I highly recommend VIP Pet Resorts Arden to anyone needing their furbabies taken great care of while you're away. The only thing I wish is that they would franchise over in Knoxville, Tn where I know live. Their hours are very convenient for working families compared to the boarding places in my area.

First time having to leave my baby in someone else’s care and I don’t mind saying I was nervous but from the moment I walk in and saw all the cameras and could see the different rooms in the back I knew this was a safe place. All of the dogs on the security screen were in clean play room and running around enjoying there stay there. The folks that greeted my puppy were friendly and asked all about my puppy and were Genuinely Interested in his needs, likes and dislikes. When I picked up my puppy the two folks there very sweet and loved on my baby like they were going to miss him. I would recommend you give VIP Pet Resort in Arden a try. I will definitely be using them again.

my pit mix Koba LOVES going to VIP Pet Resorts! He has the BEST time at playcare and is always well taken care of when we board him as well. The staff is so friendly and kind all the time which really helps! Great customer service!! Sarah the sweetest, she is so friendly and helpful all the time! She and the others take great pride in their work. I wouldn't take my Koba anywhere else!
