They cut our Yorkie just like we requested.

Treats employees very poorly, I was about to come in for a groom and seen the owner yelling at a young girl!! What a shame. Lost my business for sure

They were able to brush my “vicious” chihuahua’s teeth and both pups came back looking fresh ! Took about two hours for two small, short haired pups (under 7 pounds each). The staff was kind even though our dogs are a riot.

Very RUDE management. NONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WORE A MASK. If you want to leave your little dog for up to four hours for just a shampoo without a potty break, this place is for you. I will never return.

rude staff and did not give me what i wanted. charged $10 more because my dogs hair was matted (the hair my mom and i brush out everyday)

I took my Golden Retriever here and he came back looking like a whole new dog!! he was so happy and he looked so beautiful! I definitely recommend this place! The workers were so nice and you can tell they were treating him well???? I’m very happy with this salon and i’m sure my little Charlie is too!

Had baby Claire in today for her summertime do. Richard has been grooming her since her babyhood. He is thoroughly meticulous, careful and his expertise is apparent. If you are looking for a groomer and are hopeful of finding proficiency in that field....look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Much faster than expected! They gave my morkie poo his first haircut and he looks so handsome and still smells good 4 days later.

They worked Lucy in for me quickly. She seemed happy and relaxed when they were finished. She smells good and looks good.

This is the most wonderful dog groomer we have ever used. We have tried others in Asheville and when we lived in CA had other groomers. Chase grooms our labradoodle. They always answer the phone , try to accommodate us if we want a change. Aliii always looks gorgeous and is happy when we pick her up!

Found a new spot. Great job Virginia on Crickets hair. Hope to become a regular.

Grooming was ok, but I’d suggest finding somewhere else to go! Richard, the owner, got upset with my husband because he dared to ask for a charge receipt, which he, Richard, was unable or unwilling to provide. A frightening and intimidating reaction, really quite shocking, to say the least! Wow! My husband refuses to return. Update: Richard has phoned me threatening legal action if I don’t rescind my review.

Superb service and very friendly. I bought our two Schipperkes in for a nail trimming, which one of my Schips hate. This crew worked fast and my canine friends were happy and with no stress at all. Quick and they worked me in for an appointment. Thank you and we will be back!

Coco looks much better after getting her hair done at Shampoodles! She seemed happy after and didn't smell like artificial fragrance. I believe they used natural products. Great staff and happy dog :)

Not at all pleased with the way they treat the animals, nor did I appreciate the way they treated me. Will not be going back, and would not reccomend to any loving pet owner.
