The Pet Vet on Patton Asheville, Tennessee

I've been bringing my dog here for a few years and I highly recommend. The staff are all wonderful and I know my pup is in great hands during vet appointments, daycare, and the couple of times she's been boarded there.

Great staff including doctor. Good information and communication. Dylan loves his new food that you recommended.

Sage does not mind seeing the vet. It's the whole atmosphere of the staff and vet. When I talk to her doctor she knows everything about pass visit. Just like Sage is the only patient that she has. She explains everything. It's easy to understand what she is telling me and she really wants you to understand. I never feel rushed or feel like we're being rushed out the door. I feel comfortable that Sage is as important to her as too me.

I had a potential emergency with .y cat and they were able to work me in on a Saturday afternoon. Turned to be a not-emergency, but he was sent home with treatment meds, I was advised of costs up front and they even called Monday to check on him!

They always take care of our babies. I love that they remind us of our appointments! We have taken our golden doodle and lab there since they were pups and now they’re 3 and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else ♥️

Dalia is always very helpful whenever I call to make appointments or ask questions. She is efficient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service. Also, Dani is always patient and accommodating whenever I bring my anxious dog in for visits.

I had just started a short vacation when my Petsitter noticed problems. I was able to call Pet Vet and get an appointment and have my dog checked. The vet called me after with details, and we made a follow up appointment. Very reassuring!

Solid vet. Quality service had maintained for years as the grow and offer new services. Exceptional end of life care.

Always a great experience with Pet Vet on Patton. Whether we’re going for a nail trim or boarding our girl Stella, they take really great care of her. I trust them, they’re professional, and their facility is safe and clean (boarding). I really appreciate that they always fit us in for day-of or next-day visits when needed, too. I know my girl’s in the best hands at Pet Vet on Patton!

All the staff we encountered, including the phone call to schedule the appointment made us feel top priority. Our big shy boy was comfortable right away with the vet we saw. That rarely happens and tells me a lot. Thank you Pet Vet for taking good care of us!

Leaving poor reviews is not something I do but when it comes to our fur babies I think this should be noted. Went away the first week of December and decided to board my dog here for the first time. Has great reviews and even have family who go here for their pets needs. Come today and my dog has kennel cough. Hasn’t been to the dog park in the recent weeks nor anywhere else that she could be exposed to said virus. I call the vet to give a curiosity call since they were the last place my dog stayed. A girl named Katie answered and she completely dismissed my concern. Her initial response was well our policy is not let any dogs come if they have kennel cough. Well, great, obviously. I replied by saying I understand that and that’s why I’m calling to tell you! She then goes silent for a moment and I say this isn’t me calling to accuse anybody for anything but to make y’all aware. And she said k thanks I’ll let someone know. is there anything else I can help you with? Long story short, kennel cough isn’t easy to detect at first and for her to dismiss me and tell me there policy is blah blah blah is totally wrong. Maybe take accountability that the possibility is there and not dismiss customers. I will never board with them again.

Danni is great! I can tell that she cares about the animals, and she explains well what procedures need to done .

Amazing. They worked us in on Saturday when our dog had a stomach bug. They were the most dedicated and caring vet I have ever visited. I wished we lived closer so we could see them all of the time.

I have always love Pet Vet on Patton. Never once have I left without a thorough examination and nothing but kindness from the team here. I have since moved from Asheville to Charlotte and would rather drive two hours for a vet visit than see anyone else. Their service is unbeatable. Paige was so kind to Raisin, my dog, and had nothing but great things to say to me. It is so comforting to know that the team here genuinely cares, that is hard to find these days. Thank you.

Pet Vet is the best! They take great care of my dog who comes pretty frequently. The vets, techs, and office staff are helpful, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. They have helped me explore medication options and treatment plans for my dog. He also really enjoys their daycare, which is staffed by great attendants! We love Pet Vet!

We have had wonderful care from Dr. Pauliseli and the other vets for our rescue dog. We have had good experience with the kennel staff as well.

We've been glad to have the Pet Vet on Patton taking care of our fellows (Golden Retrievers) since we've lived in Asheville. Our old boy, Woody, now 13, benefits from his senior dog care, thanks to Dr. Allgood.

So grateful to find a vet who is responsive, thorough and kind.

Everyone is just so pleasant and professional. My dog never gets scared to go there.
