Had trouble getting in touch with a live person

I can NEVER get an appointment here by their website that they keep saying u have to do! I've been trying to get one for a full year now! This is bull. Is this place even open!?

This place was really great!! The process was very fast and affordable. They were very kind to my cats and that means alot. Very happy with everything!!

I trapped a feral cat and the ASPCA Spay/neuter Alliance squeezed him into their schedule this week. Surprisingly he was already neutered & a small ear tip I didn’t notice. He was given flea meds and a Rabies vaccine. The staff is friendly and efficient and things move quickly.

I had an amazing experience with them. I was able to get a huge dog spayed for only $60, free rabies and then paid an extra $5 for a microchip. That would have run me in the ballpark of $300 at the vet. The follow up was incredible. We had a post-op issue with some staples (no fault of theirs) and I was able to contact them 24 hrs a day as needed and directed to try some things at home to help her. 3 days after that call, they called me back to check on her and things hadn't really improved so they got me an appointment the next day to have her checked, then I was able to get her antibiotics, a cone, and staples removed for free. They called me back the next day to check on her again and then did another recheck on her in another 5 days just to make sure she was back to 100%. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with them or Dr. Lindsay Henschel. I have dealt with vets offices that were no where near this nice.

I have been trying to get my dog spayed for several weeks everyday trying g to get a appt all I get is no appts available online or phone this is unacceptable I don't have 500 to spay my dog don't ha e internet I do it over phone I Rtemy regular vet charges 400 no wonder people don't get their small fixed it is too expensive and trying to get financial help is too hard to get by email g it comes back as not valid email.

Kids had a blast in the pool and on the water slide. While the grown ups had mixed drinks made by the bar in the hotel, in the hot tub.

Very affordable spay/ neuter facility. I've taken about 12 kitties there. They even did an umbilical hernia surgery for only a few dollars. They also offer vaccines. I use special vaccines, so I haven't taken advantage of that part of their program. I only wish they were located closer to where I live. They provide a much needed service in a friendly, affordable, and efficient way. Thank you for your good service over the years.

I've taken all my pets for 15 years here. It was convenient, cost effective and everyone was very friendly. I lowered my rating due to the fact you cannot get an appt here anymore. I understand covid precautions, but I've been trying daily for MONTHS (7 months)! Absolutely frustrating. Trying to prevent our new pup from going into heat and we'll end up taking her somewhere else. I know a few others that are in the same boat. Paying well over 500$ is not ideal for our situation, but I don't see how it can be avoided.

The staff was real friendly, didn't have to wait in the car long for them to come and get my puppies, they decided they wasn't going to walk on the leash for them, they was nice and let us take them in. It was the same way when we picked them up. The nurse explained the discharged papers to us very well. They was took care of good, was the main thing. I recommend ASPCA highly.

I am so thankful for the aspca spay/neuter alliance. We had both our girl dogs spayed recently here and it was such a reasonable price. The people were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They have a 24 hour help line that is super helpful. One of my girls busted open her incision and they got her right in and fixed her up. I would highly recommend having your pet spayed/neutered here because they really are here for the pets and take great care of them.

I adopted a great dane mix going on 2 years ago and he is the sweetest, goofiest dog that has ever been with my family. And is going strong.

Great resource for the community. An amazing, helpful staff, and state of the arch facility. Tight time frames for dropping off and picking up but they move people through fast.
