I am so grateful for Four Paws Farewell. We had to say goodbye to our sweet kitty, Simba, yesterday. Dr. Erin came to our home, and she was so kind, compassionate, and professional. We have used Four Paws Farewell three times before for …

I lost my sweet Gizmo on Sunday, Dec. 19th. MS Becky got to my home in record time. Followed up with a beautiful card of condolences. I highly recommend.

Our cat took a turn for the worse on a Sunday morning and we were afraid she would not make it till Monday. We were glad to find this service but she flatly said no we were outside their range in Marion. Their website says they travel 45 min max and anything over 30 min is $50 extra which was fine. My house in Marion is 35 min from them on google maps but she would not discuss it. I am sure they are nice and and the service they provide is much needed they just need to change their website or honor it. We just got our hopes up for help and wasted time getting in touch with them.

We had to send our Bella over the rainbow bridge and 4 Paws was recommended by a close friend. We are so grateful that Beth could come the next day and she was so gentle and caring. Thank you all ????

I'm not sure I can adequately express my appreciation for Dr. Beth and the service 4 Paws Farewell provides. I wish I'd been able to say good-bye to all my pets this way. Dr. Beth did a wonderful job alleviating the concerns I had and helped me see my dog's health in a more objective manner - exactly what I needed to be able to peacefully let him go. The whole experience provided a dignified ending for my old friend and closure for me. I fully echo all the other positive comments - compassion, kindness, patience, professionalism...these were all qualities Dr. Beth and Kelly displayed and I'm forever grateful.

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is a difficult decision... When it was determined that my sweet boy, Maximus, was bleeding internally and nothing could be done, I knew I wanted him to cross over peacefully, at home. On Wednesday, 11/3, Dr. Beth and Kelly came about 2 hours after I had reached out to 4 Paws. They treated him with such gentleness and dignity and I was so thankful for them. Maximus was set free with their help and it made me so relieved. They are such kind and compassionate people and again, I'm so grateful. ❤️

Our girl Lola had gone down hill quickly and couldn't get off the sofa. We called 4 paws and Dr. Karen was here in 2 hours. Such a painful experience made bearable. So happy that our girl got to go in my arms at home where she felt comfortable. If you're in this situation, use them. Dr. Karen was awesome. Thank you again,

We are so grateful for our experience with 4 Paws Farewell. Their service, responsiveness, and care at such a difficult time were so greatly appreciated. From our quality of life consultation, to the appointment to help our little guy transition, they approached each encounter with empathy and kindness. It was truly special to be able to say goodbye at home in a familiar, comfortable space. Thank you.

I will forever be grateful to Dr Mary and the team at 4 Paws. Saying goodbye to my sweet boy was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do but the experience that these angels gave my boy made all the difference. He left his earthly body with a smile on his face. Dr Mary you are truly an angel. All I can really say is Thank you for all you do not just for my family but for countless others.

We said goodbye to our sweet kitty Princess today and I wanted to write this review while it was fresh on my mind. Beth was like an angel to my whole family. Her compassion and kind words were exactly what we needed to help us make this impossible decision. She was so good at explaining what the process was which really helped me feel a little more at peace. We will cherish the clay paw print forever. All I can say is we are so grateful to have had such a wonderful vet help our 20 year old kitty move on. Thank you for everything you did for us today Beth

Dr Mary was so sweet and caring the whole time. She explained every step and was so patient. I really can't thank her enough for being so wonderful to my sweet Maya girl and helping her cross the rainbow bridge.

The last thing anyone wants is to have to put their pet down. We have a 15 year old Jack Russell named Bubby who had cancer. It was the hardest decision to make because we didn’t want to let him go. The last two weeks of his life the suffering got worse every day. Mary from 4paws Farewell came to our home Saturday. She was wonderful. She was very patient and kind and explained everything she was doing through the process. Our Bubby died peacefully in his bed at home. I highly recommend 4paws Farewell to anyone that has to make this horrible decision for your pet. And thank you Mary for your kindness.

My parents had to put our family dog to sleep due to being old and very sick. She did such a wonderful job at navigating us through the whole process from informing us and making us feel comfortable to making sure that our dog (even though he was a bit aggressive towards anyone but family) was calm and helped make him feel most at peace. Our children were there and she included them in the process by letting them place flowers around him as he went to a better place. She just went above and beyond and just what we needed during such a tough process.

My boy wasn't ready to go during normal Vet hours, and struggled all weekend. I called 4Paws out on a Sunday, and they were so compassionate, understanding, and gentle. I cherish the paw.print, and I am so thankful to have their service. As I approach the 1-year anniversary of his death, I am facing another dog's hospice. When it is time, I will definitely ask 4Paws to come to us. The peace of being at home with my baby makes it entirely worth it.

They were very nice. Coming to your home to euthanize your pet is so much better. Dr. Beth was great. Explained everything. Was very caring. Gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Plus a paw print to keep.

The passing or our boy Haywood (at our home on his comfy bed) was so peaceful thanks to Dr. Beth. Highly Recommended.

I cannot recommend 4 Paws Farewell enough. Dr Beth was amazing and the whole process was so much easier at home. The COVID protocols are perfect for everyone's safety but still allow for a caring and loving way to say goodbye to a furry loved one. I have several senior dogs and will be using 4 Paws Farewell for any future instances as needed. It's a devastating experience to have to go through but I think they truly so make it a memorable and much easier way to let go of your pet. RIP Tito and thanks again to Dr Beth and team for supporting us through the decision and final process.

Our fur baby was 17 years old and lived a great life... he was nearing his time and declining quickly. We did not want him to be in pain & suffer so we called 4 Paws. We received a quick response and we were scheduled luckily for the following morning due to an opening. When Beth arrived and we met, it made an impossible situation bearable. The level of her compassion and respect shown to our family and to our little fur baby, was immeasurable and beyond words. I am eternally grateful to Beth for her part in my baby’s peaceful transition to heaven. He was able to grow his angel wings in the comfort of his own home, snuggled up against me, surrounded by our family with so much love being poured onto him. ♥️

Yes this business is a blessing to us with pets ..... I have used it 3 times now.... most recently with my dog Lucky (miniature Dachshund 14 y/o in renal failure)... I'm so honored that 4 Paws Farewell, Dr. Beth, came to my home and help me and my Lucky through this......

It was a hard decision to lay my 17 year old cat to rest, The Veterinarian was so caring and personable. I cannot thank this service enough for doing what they do; to be able to let my cat pass on in her own home in my arms peacefully there aren’t the words to explain how much it meant to me and my family. Thank you so much. We are forever grateful for you! Family of Maddie.

Words cannot express the absolute gratitude I have for Dr. Beth and 4 Paws Farewell. Making the decision to let your pet go is incredibly difficult and when I knew my cat Stella was in her last days, a friend told me about 4 Paws. I was conflicted, I was worried if I could afford it, I worried if it would make me sad to do it at home...but my friend spoke so highly of Dr. Beth I decided to make the tearful call. When Dr. Beth came into my home, it felt like having a friend arrive in your greatest time of need. She was at ease and kind, and walked me gently and compassionately through each step. Stella was able to stay resting on her little pillow and didn’t have to go through the trauma of being put in a carrier, driven to the emergency vet, wait in the car for three hours (due to them being busy and COVID)...it would have been a major stressor for both she and I and instead we were able to be in our safe space. As painful as it was for me, my heart felt so much more peace knowing I could hold Stella and comfort her in her transition. The space the Dr. Beth holds each day for people and pets in this difficult transition is astounding and really stayed with me. I was so impressed with her kindness, compassion, ease, and grace. What she is offering to our community is beyond valuable and I am so glad I decided to make the call. After experiencing Stella’s transition this way I will only do home euthanasia’s for my future pets from here on out. It is worth every penny and I credit my experience with 4Paws in my healing of this grief because I felt so good about her final moments. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do, Dr. Beth, and everyone at 4 Paws. I am so grateful.

My dog got diagnosed with kidney disease by the time she was showing symptoms it was too late, I tried every way medically to "fix" her but somethings in life we cannot fix. She progressed very quickly, that and her being tough as hell and still so full of life I waited until the morning she stated throwing up stomach acid to make an appointment ON SUNDAY FOR MONDAY. My fighting girl had fought literally until she couldn't and shortly after that phone call she went down hill fast. She was really pitiful and she felt ashamed she couldn't fight anymore I had never seen this in her and she started trying to go off and die alone, I called them at 11:00am to schedule original appointment. I call them back at 4:00 knowing how much I was asking for and they told me they couldn't make it happen via text then their dispatcher i imagine called me and I had a lovely phone call with her very compassionate and suggested Medvet, betsy my dog hates vets, and I mentioned this to her we had a really beautiful conversation. So as I am getting my pooch loaded up one of their Vets texts me and tells me she can do it by 6:00! And her I cannot say enough about I'd be writing a book about how great she was and how special she helped me make those last moments with my girl, her energy calmed my dog the moment she arrived 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone thank you all for making that day easier on my girl.
