We've been going here for years, and when I called about my dog having an allergic reaction, they told me what I could do. Then, they called back to check up on her later. When her situation didn't improve, they made sure to get me in the next day (which being a Saturday was surprising as they're usually full) and were able to get my dog the care she needed. This why I keep going back! She's feeling so much better now!

I took my new puppy in to get vaccinated and the the receptionist were more than happy to make us feel welcome, no waiting for a room, or a nurse who treated my puppy like her own, Dr. Jessica was awesome, she was very gentle, and took the time to educate me and answer my questions, I will recommend Dr. Jessica to anyone in fact Dolly and I are looking forward to our next appointment coming up ????

You can trust the doctors always have your pets health as their priority. My cat is sick with thyroid disease and I know my cat is receiving the best care. She is doing great after 1 year of treatment.

Jessica is my vet, she's great, super. She helped me with my last puppy to dog. At the end, witch comes, was perfect. Now a new pup. 13 years with her before. I'm hoping alot longer with serg.

Dr Samantha came into the examination room & made friends with Obadiah, making him feel comfortable and relaxed. That is very important to me. In fact, everyone treated him like he was theirs!!! Dr Samantha was thoughtful of my pocketbook without me having to say anything to her.... I've been going to Sioux Nation for years & I saw a lot of new faces. And &they still treated us like they knew us forever!! What a breathe of fresh air!! I absolutely will tell others of your service!!

Horrible horrible horrible experience. I had called ahead and asked if there was someone there who could apply soft claws to my cats nails. There was, but she was finishing up her last grooming appointment of the day. I said I could be there within 20 minutes. They said yes. Maybe I’m partially to blame for going anyway knowing the lady was trying to leave. It was an absolutely rushed job. I had to intervene when I heard my cat screaming from across the opposite end of the waiting room. When I looked into the room there was a dog on the grooming table hovering over the whole ordeal. They had my cat on the floor. They had my cat on the floor with a dog above her. My cat is scared of dogs. So of course she is going to be stressed out! Not exactly a great start! I came here with the idea that she was a professional groomer who was recommended for me to go to. They didn’t do the back nails because by the time they got to those she was so stressed out and had ran back into her carrier from fear and stress. I was in shock. I was told she needed a nap in between doing her front and back paws. You’re the groomer, maybe recommend that first. Zero communication. When I got home, I looked at her paws and there was glue stuck all around her paw pads and 2 soft claws were hanging from her fur where nothing was applied properly. I only paid $27 but there should not have been a charge at all for the very poor service received. The 2 stars were for getting me in and the ladies at the front desk.

they're really nice, inexpensive, and they neutered my cat really well. i can tell because he hasn't impregnated ANY of the stuffed animals that he's humped.

This has been a great experience. The Vet and all staff were amazing. Great prices, great pet experience. If you need help with your pets you really need to give these guys a try..
