The techs and doctors are always so friendly and compassionate when treating our cat. Their knowledge about pet health and care is so great and they explain everything in a way that is simply understood.

My pup, Paddington, visits monthly for treatment since he has special needs (Addison's Disease) & he LOVES going there. We enjoy seeing the same caring people regularly, wouldn't go anywhere else. I have three cats that I take here and have always had a perfect experience. The staff is always professional, caring, and it never feels like they are just trying to make money off me. Everyone truly cares and I am so happy to have them taking care of my fur babies.

Very happy with this vet clinic since moving to the area. I have used them to get my new puppy neutered and vaccinated and recently took my older girl in to check on a cyst. I have always been able to get an appointment (sometimes same day!) and have been very happy with the staff. They have been great with my pitties.

great people very professional.i really love the way the office is set up the enterence is set up to have all dogs to the left n all cats go to right,so they are separated from each other different offices because not all dogs like cats n visa versa so that was so spot on

Went on a goose chase for a non-emergency last minute vet appointment to get some drops for an irritated eye. Heather Ridge was able to accommodate me and we were in and out in 20 minutes! Grateful that they saved me the cost of the animal hospital in town.

Our Dr. Vet was Jenny, she was very helpful with our cat and kitty. We had a lot of questions, and she helped us every step of the way.

We are fulltime RV family so it is always a challenge to find a great vet. Cassie and staff were amazing and very nice. Thank you for fulfilling the needs for our pup!! We will definitely be back if we are in the area!

I'm so happy I stumbled across this vet! I decided to go here because they quoted me the best price for a neuter after calling about 5 places in town, but now I'm staying for not only the prices but the atmosphere and care they gave my cat. She actually didn't mind the vet this time which is big for her (she can be a bit feisty around strangers). They have separate cat/dog entrances, windows in the room that overlook a birdfeeder, bird noises in the room, calming diffuser, and much more. They actually gave my cat a thorough vet exam when my old vet would do the bare minimum of giving her the required shots.

Dr Anderson and the staff are amazing. We are RVers and they have been very accommodating of our travel schedule. We are planning to make sure we are here at this time each year so that they can care for our fur babies.

Very good doctors but way over priced.

I’d rather give no stars. Very disappointed in the way the front of office staff conducts themselves when visiting. Rude and barely can say hello. After receiving care this Saturday morning and sending us on our way with “there might be something in his stomach but if he doesn’t feel better later you can take him to the ER this weekend”. Well within about 30 hours later our dog passed after emergency surgery. We feel very let down and upset at how all this played out.

Absolutely amazing! I needed my older pup in asap. They were able to accommodate and help her quickly. In and out in an hour. They were very clear in their explanation and aftercare. Thank you for taking care of Remi.
