I have an elderly pet and the doctor is fabulous with him. She gets very excited when he has a good visit. You can tell they really care about your pet.

With an 18 month old Frenchie and a Boston Terrier puppy, we really put the team at Best Care to work, and they do a fantastic job taking care of our boys. Highly recommended, they are top notch.

Best Care Pet Hospital is awesome! They are always so professional and they take great care of my cats! I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

Best Vets ever but a little pricey!

They have competent veterinarians and will take care of your pets for the most part but are still curbside after all this time. It is not run like a normal vet office, and is super annoying. Not to mention it slows things down and crowds the parking lot for other businesses in the strip. Being afraid of everything is NOT a good business practice. Please consider revising your policy - it’s just plain silly now.

Expensive Services: From May 21st of 2021 to September 20th of 2021 I have paid Best Care Pet Hospital $1,404.97 for an annual exam, flea/tick and heartworm medication, having my dog Spayed, complications from the surgery of having her spayed, and yet another annual examination because I needed to bring her back for her rabies vaccination and they wouldn't vaccinate her without charging me for a second annual exam. This is in addition to paying $617.05 in 2020 for her initial puppy exam and vaccinations, plus diagnosis of Hypertrophic Osteodystrophy (HOD) within a week of her exam and vaccinations. This is over $2000 in the first year of being seen by BCPH. This is just too much. Even if you remove the additional costs that were due to her HOD diagnosis and the complications from her surgery, my costs were still over $1000 just for routine visits. Poor Customer Experience: I estimate that I've had to drive to their clinic between 15 and 20 times to take my dog in and often leave her with them and come back later to make it more convenient for them to treat her. Each time I have gone, I've had to sit in their parking lot waiting because they do not allow customers inside their building. On one occasion they forgot that I was waiting and I sat in the parking lot an extra 45 minutes, only to be asked if I had actually called when I arrived. I cannot tell you how many hours I've wasted driving back and forth to my house and sitting in their parking lot.

The staff here really care about about my animals. They are sweet and attentive. I love that they take the time to figure out the issue as well as follow up to ensure the everything has resolved. They are also flexible and got my cat in when she needed to be seen sooner. I have had a great experience with them since switching to them last year. I don't regret it one bit!

Brought my dog here for the first time and the staff was very nice!

Our little one seems to enjoy the staff there. She gets impatient when we get there to see someone see starts barking trying to call them..after they bring her back she's happy and very satisfied.

The staff is always insightful and friendly and it's clear they have a passion for animals! I always feel safe when my pets are in their care. Thanks for all you do!

Best Care still has the curbside drop off which while it seems odd at first, really is best. Kinda like dropping your kids off at school. Less anxiety for us parents. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are better than avg.

Been coming here since it was Dr. Broasts Animal Clinic. Now all the Dr.'s are young and won't be retiring any time soon. My two dogs are seniors and they do a very thorough job of taking of them.

Dr. Krista Hardy and her wonderful technicians have been amazing when treating my dog Mango! She had fluid in her chest and needed extra-special care after emergency surgery for a (rare) lung lobe torsion. Dr. Krista made sure that we were taken care of promptly and with lots of love! I am so grateful for her care, and for her incredible staff (too many amazing and sweet, caring people for me to name all of them!-- but Alexis, Sophie, Laura, Sandy-- I'm looking at you!). Mango definitely appreciated the snacks and pets. Without Best Care and Dr. Krista, I know that Mango would have suffered and likely would have passed away several weeks ago. But instead, today she is bouncing around and begging for treats! I will definitely be returning with my other (hopefully more normal) pups.

Caring services for my anxious pet

The team at Best Care is awesome. They are compassionate, understanding and ready to answer any questions you might have. They helped my St. Bernard Winnie with her osteosarcoma diagnosis. Winnie was always excited to see everyone at Best Care because they took such good care of her. We had to say goodbye to Winnie a couple weeks ago. I am so grateful to Best Care for helping through this difficult time. They even sent a card with her foot and nose print. Thank you so much for being there for us and for caring so much about our fur babies. ????

Our new puppy has a rough play date and prematurely lost a tooth the day before we were supposed to leave for vacation. Or regular vet was unable to fit us in last minute and recommended Best Care. Best Care was able to fit us in and relieve our concerns and send us in our way to vacation stress free. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks again Best Care!

Amazing, understanding, and supportive staff. Had to put my cat to sleep, sadly, and I could unfortunately not afford to pay for the tests as well as how much it would cost for him to sleep, so they made an ultimatum for me since CareCredit declined me and also had very high interest rates. I plan to bring all my future pets here and cannot thank them enough. Truly heroes in their professions. 100/10.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! We had a terrible experience here. We will never go back!!! Unless you are extremely wealthy don't bother going here! Our dog had a serious injury on her leg and had limited circulation to her paw. Laser therapy was recommended by our primary vet (to improve the circulation in the paw) but she was not setup to perform this procedure. Best Care does Laser Therapy. I was quoted $75.00 for the exam and therapy. Due to COVID I had to drop her off and was not able to stay with her. They called my son and guilted him into doing unnecessary procedures and tests and never discussed any additional charges. When he picked her up he was presented with a $500.00 bill. They also told him that she would need at least 6 months of follow-up care 3 times a week that would cost over $6000.00. That night when we went to change the bandage and apply the medication, we discovered that she had a huge (~4 inches long) gaping wound on her leg that she didn't have before she went to Best Care. We rushed her into our primary vet for emergency care. Sadly she was unable to save her leg. I can not say that the treatment received at Best Care Pet Hospital caused the lose of our dog's leg but it definitely didn't help to save it in any way shape or form!!

What a great family vet to visit! We recently established care and really feel like they are part of our family. Great communication, great response, and so willing to do their best to help squeeze you in when they can. 100% recommend them!

We have always loved the staff at Best Care Pet Hospital! I have taken my pets there since before they moved to the east side, and have continued to take them there even though it's a longer drive because we love the staff so much! They always take my concerns seriously, and they take care of my pets with nothing but love. Dr Lamp was able to diagnose my young cat a couple years ago with a gut disorder and has gotten him on the correct diet which has saved his life. He has not had a flare up in years because of him! The vet techs are super knowledgeable as well and truly care about their patients. I will take my pets here for as long as they are open :)

Our 4 legged daughter is always anxious for the gals to come and get her...They are great with her and very open and informative with us...We know and feel our Hoku is getting the very best of care from everyone there... Their business name says it all and is so TRUE ????

They aren't letting pet's humans into their facilities, that's understandable and only an issue for a worry wort like me. They seemed to treat my cat well and he seemed to put up with being there. Very nice staff.
