These people are the BOMB and Doc Williams? I wouldn't trust my Boyz with anyone else but him!!!

I found Dr Williams while searching for help with my rat babies. He and his staff are top notch. They confidently and compassionately cared for my little ones(and for me). They are knowledgeable and provide care for a reasonable cost.Their small clinic has a big heart. All of my fur babies will receive care from Dr. Williams going forward. Highly recommend this clinic!

A wonderful place to bring your animals and affordable too.

After waiting all day for an update on my cat, I had to call in to find out he had passed from anaesthesia during surgery. The next day lack of communication happened again and i will never go back. Do not trust them with your pets. I need to also warn you that you have to be Dr Williams assistant and if by chance your pet acts up, they do nothing to help you. My cat bit me while he was getting his exam and a code red was called. They gave me bandaids but had NOTHING for me to clean my wounds resulting in infection hours later. I had a televist, 2 Dr visits and 2 antibiotics and still they charge me for something they NEVER told me about. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! They do not care!!!

Only Vet that I know of in Sioux Falls that cares for Bearded Dragons.

Misread calendar and showed up for my cats appt a day earlier. They were able to squeeze us in, in no time. Awesome.

I am so beyond disappointed with the services. We went in for vaccines on June 11 and we’re charge for 2 additional vaccines per dog. So a total of 4. I caught it when I got home, I was really nice about it and told them to put it on my account. Was around 65-70 dollars credited. Come in a month later for a teeth cleaning. Told that I only have 36 credited because the other 30 was put back on my credit card. I go home and check. Nope! Did not have a credit from them on my card. Call them again…. Now the story is changing. They never put that credit back on my card but I did use it for today’s office visit for the teeth cleaning. When I asked why the “office visit” was not on the break down of my receipt and the total credit was not with it, they had no answer besides that I was charged correctly. Getting 2 different answers. The vet is awesome but will not go back.

Great and friendly people...trust my pets with them

Took my dog in for shoots, had to wait in the parking lot, spent ten minutes telling them no on every upgrade service and still got charged for a checkup. Sorry to see that I am not able to give a lower rating !

I've always recieved polite and kind care for my reptiles here. I trust them to give me honest answers and treatments.

I recently decided to switch vets because my old one had raised prices to insane levels. Other members of my family recommended Dr. Williams and I'm so glad they did. He's very skilled and knowledgeable and did great with my two dogs. The prices for the services were reasonable as well. I'm not a long time client, but I'm very happy with All-Animal so far!

The staff is so amazing. My husband and I have brought our 4 legged children in for care.

I called today to get our dogs in for care as they both appear to have an intestinal issue. Vomiting and loose stools. As has happened the last several times I called, I was told they could not get our dogs in for care. When I asked when the first available appointment was, I was told two weeks out. I understand this happening once in a while, but as I say this has happened the last 3 or 4 times I have called them. We always schedule our pups routine care well ahead and do not expect an immediate opening for that type of thing, but for this it is a bit more urgent. We have been customers with this clinic for several years and would hope that as long time clients they would be able to provide us a better time frame then two weeks out. I would not be calling if it were not important. When I told them we had been turned away the last several times I had called, they told me sorry we are short staffed. We have liked Dr. William's care, but this is just very disappointing service. I hope they can do better in the future.

Both professional and empathetic, Dr. Reitsma took care of my dog’s health issue quickly and easily. They also offer payment plans.

i thought i had to put my 12 year old cat down and dr williams diagnosed and treated my cat amy she is back to her old self again i would highly recommend this clinicthey are great

Always takes very good care of my dogs.

I am floored with the service we received today with Dr. Dayton Williams and staff. Our French lop rabbit, Milo has been showing signs of distress and signs of being off/sick. I don't know if you've ever needed to find help with your exotic pet(s)/rabbit before, but it's nearly impossible around this area. I have honestly been turned down care due to other doctors not feeling sure enough to care for him. My husband called, verified they were "equipped" to handle our buddy. Was given the best absolute care, problem was found and was sent home with some extra help for Milo. Not that it matters at the cost of your pets life, but for what it's worth, the bill was half of another local pet hospital. Found our new and only vet forever. Highly recommended.

Called today (3/18/2021) to set an appointment for my rabbit Milo, and was able to be seen today. Very friendly towards Milo, very insightful, and overall very welcoming. Will definitely be back.
