Dr. Stork and staff are amazing!!!

They were fast I just need to pick up a pearskipion for dog they were very nice.

Everyone was caring, attentive and took the time to explain things. Great team!

Have always had quick and quality care. Bordering on annoying, they are very good about reminding you about checkups and whatnot.

We moved from Illinois and we were unsure if the vet was going to be as nice as the one we left. She made us comfortable and the tech was wonderful! We are definitely going to bring the rest of our family (puppies) there!!

My pets and I always feel welcomed at the office. They value my time, and the pets stress level, and try to keep the visit as short as possible. Everyone is always professional. They handle my pets, for procedures, calmly and with respect. I can tell they love their job!!

The staff was very friendly and able to get our Wheaten Terrier quickly upon arrival. It was a great overall experience and certainly would recommend All City Pet Care West to anyone looking for a friendly vet center!!

The vet and the tech had to deliver very sad news to me and were very kind and helpful.

Whom ever they have at the reception obviously doesn't care about much. She actually sighed ???? while on the phone. Like I was wasting her time by calling in about my dog. I'm new to Tea (South Dakota in general). My dog has an abcess tooth and all they tell me is, "we don't take walk ins, and I'm sorry we're busy but if it's that bad take her to the emergency vet clinic. Well, I called the EM vet clinic and guess what..... They cost $110 just to tell me that the only thing they can do is prescribe pain meds. They can't even do any dental work. ???? But atleast they sounded like they actually cared

They are the best!!! Every single vet/vet tech has been so patient, kind and loving to my anxious pup. Last visit they all helped my dog feel calm by actually sitting on the floor with her and gave her so many treats and praises. It was amazing we got through all of her shots within 15 minutes.

Love the Vets so much as they truly care about my dog and give her the care she needs! Also the front office staff is always willing to try and find me an appointment if I need one the same day I call and so friendly!

Great service! We messed up on our scheduling side of things online and they were still able to accommodate us and give our dog the best care possible!
