Horrible customer service & rude!

Beautiful experience adopting our new fur baby

Had to come in a couple times to get a feel for the animals. Actually wound up here because our cat got out, he ended up coming back but I must say there are some good days and bad days here. Ended up adopting a 9 month old puppy. Initially came in for a different dog, but he was too energetic for my kids so we decided to meet another dog and it turns out she does really well with the kids. Good temperament, still has work to do to try and integrate her with the cat and some potty training. She loves to play fetch and is wonderful to have in the family. The volunteer that helped us was really nice and hooked us up really good and that I am very appreciative for.

I was excited about adopting a Samoyed rescue dog. I finally saw one recently and saw her in the kennel. She wagged her tail and the staff told me that she hadn't reacted to anyone that way. I had three Samoyed rescue dogs in Colorado. I was told I couldn't have an appointment to see her until Sunday. I received a call that she adopted Saturday. I inquired first but didn't get a chance. Is that how it always works here? I hope whoever's adopted her understands the Samoyed breed; grooming, diet, exercise, temperament & health issues. This was a very disappointing experience as the kennels in Colorado consider the inquiries first received and don't adopt dogs when an appointment is pending. Hope this dog has a good home.

I’m really trying to figure why some of the employees feel the need to be so rude? I watched an interaction with another customer who was simply asking a question and he got snapped at. Also don’t even bother putting your hands up to the kennels at all, they will accuse you of putting your fingers in the kennel and snap at you over it. Was just trying to let the dog smell me . I don’t even want to come by anymore. Don’t get me wrong some employees there are nice some of them need to have a better attitude.

They weren't able to help me out with the dog we lost that was micro chipped...

There was a few rude people, there. Other than that it was amazing and my sister and I got my mom a cat for her birthday. ????????

Everything, of being in there, friendly, willing to answer any questions. Clean and not too smelly. It's a animal shelter!

It's such a great feeling to give a pet a furevrr home. Staff was helpful and very passionate about what they're doing.

Takes too long to get back with communication. Doesn't care about those who help them foster. Failed policies.

Could not have been nicer staff. The animals are clean and we'll looked after. I adopted a pup named Jake.

If you have a spare 20 minutes or more in your day that you have a hard time occupying, there's always a dog who loves to be walked or a kitty who needs to be cuddled! PLEASE VOLUNTEER ALWAYS ADOPT

This is an OUTSTANDING shelter! They take wonderful care of their animals, and they are a joy to work with!

Found out they expext you to do their job by containing/capturing unleashed/stray animals in/on your property yourself so they can safely pick them up.

We had our dogs get out while we were home visiting parents for xmas. They picked him up xmas eve and tried to get him back to us before they closed. We were visiting family and didnt get the call till it was too late. He spent xmas in the slammer and we picked him up the Saturday after. They took great care of him and we are happy they found him and kept him safe and sound.

They were awesome .the cat I brought in was chipped and we found the owners.

It was clean and many volunteers were there interacting with the animals. The pets looked healthy and well cared for.
