I have taken my dog in there multiple times, they have put him through hell trying to do X-rays on a foot that isn't even hurt, I took him to another vet and they knew within 2 minutes that he had a slipped disc in his back, do not come here unless you want to waste your money and not find out what's wrong with your animal.

I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr. Falcon and his staff are. We love everyone there and know how much all of them truly care about us and our fur babies. They have gone above and beyond for us giving the best care and treatment options. I highly recommend them!!

I have 2 kitties and they both needed neutered. The prices are phenomenal and very affordable. The staff is very friendly and complete animal lovers. You can hear them talking to the animals and when they announce the owners are there to pick up their pets...they respond that so and so's "mom" or "dad" is there. Dr. Falcon was clearly meant to treat animals because the compassion is unprecedented!! Thank you so much for the compassion and overwhelmingly amazing service you provide. I was referred to them and I will be referring other fur baby parents there!!

Took my dog in to check on a lump she developed and had a result in less than 20 minutes. They also got her vaccines up to date all at a completely fair price. Very friendly and helpful techs and vets.

Needed to have a couple things looked at on my older dog. Dr Falcon and his staff came up with a treatment plan and now my pup is back to his happy self.

As a former employee I wouldn’t recommend this clinic! I was a loyal employee for 3 years (off and on due to the military). A few months ago I decided to make a career change and start something new. I left this practice on good terms (or so I thought). During my time as an employee, I had brought one of my dogs in for lameness and he was diagnosed with a torn ACL. Dr Falcon recommended going down to Colorado State University for a TPLO. A TPLO is an advanced orthopedic surgery preformed by a board certified surgeon that requires a lot of rehab such as hydrotherapy or underwater treadmill therapy. I scheduled an appointment with All Creatures for my dog to start his rehab, a few days later I got a call and was told I am no longer welcome back and wasn’t given a reason why. I tried reaching out to Dr. Falcon and never heard back. As of right now, All Creatures is the only clinic in Rapid City as well as surrounding areas that has this equipment that my dog needs. Because of this lack of empathy, my dog has to suffer and now doesn’t have access to the equipment he needs for a successful recovery. As someone who has worked at this clinic and has seen what has gone on behind closed doors, I wouldn’t recommend it. For someone who dedicated a lot of time and effort at this business only to be treated like this when their animal needs medical help, imagine how a regular client might get treated by this business.

They treated my Saint-Dane buck from puppyhood. They showed support and compassion when he passed away on Monday. Thanks to all there who helped make that day a little less worse.

My dog loves everyone who works there and they definitely love and remembered my sweet Lucy, she had to have something lanced and drainage tubes put in. Very helpful and thankful my baby is okay

We are traveling from Houston. My Bichon puppy tore her ACL. After looking at reviews on Google I chose All Creatures Veterinarian. They got me in that afternoon. After xray and bloodwork Dr Falcon confirmed her ACL was torn. He told us when we got back to Houston to have surgery done. We told him we are RVers and don't plan on going to Houston till November. We asked if he could do it. He checked his schedule and worked us in the next morning at 7:30. We are so pleased and blessed to have found this wonderful Dr and his staff. Forever grateful.

My significant other and I came down from ND to visit family, and we’re coming home with a pet! We were very relieved that Blue could be seen on such short notice before we took her home to our other two cats. They took great care of our new fur baby! They were unable to do her spay & declaw due to being unsure when she had her litter, but I really appreciate Dr. Falcon looking out for what was in her best interests. He truly is a vet who puts the patient first, and he did a wonderful job advocating for her. I do wish they would do more extensive screening when setting up the surgery, because I had mentioned several times on the phone that she had somewhat recently had a litter of kittens. Had they told me when I was scheduling the surgery that they prefer to do a spay at least 2 months out from birth (and/or weaning?) due to bleeding risks, I would have called her previous home and tried to pinpoint when she had her kittens exactly, given that all of them have since been weaned from her and found their forever homes. But all in all, I’m still very pleased with the service she received. Staff was very friendly and communicative, and they took their time answering any questions I had both at the hospital and over the phone in the days after her vaccinations. They were also transparent about the estimate for services, which was appreciated. Blue is at least vaccinated with a clean bill of health. I would absolutely go back if we lived near Rapid City!

The staff and Doctor where so nice and so comfortable to be around , my German Shepherd got a cut and needed stitches, and I'm retired and on a fixed income, these nice people got me in and completely understood my financial situation and worked with me
