They are so loving and gentle with our dogs. We have so much confidence in the staff. They are wonderful!

We've been "frequent flyers" here for the almost 3 years we have lived in Rapid City, and my animals have never been so comfortable at a clinic. The entire staff have always been so kind and accommodating with getting us in a timely fashion when my kiddos aren't feeling well. Their level of compassion is unmatched, which we were especially appreciative of when they did a home visit for us when we had to put one of our babies to sleep a couple months ago. I never want to take our pets anywhere else!

This place is absolutely amazing. We had a slight panic attack after our dog ripped her stitches. They got us in right away and found a great solution to making sure it didn't happen again. Dr. Serena and her whole staff are awesome.

Always a pleasant, comfortable and non stressful experience. Love the atmosphere and dedication to the animals comfort. They take their time and have amazing methods of handling your pets. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Jo is always a pleasure to speak with as well. Highly recommend.

The staff is so caring, loving, and compassionate; they really put a pet-parent at ease.

Wonderful service, even though we, with our very spirited black lab, were less than ideal. When we forgot our leash, they provided one for us to temporarily use. When our dog attempted to nock them over and was pulling on her leash, they just smiled and helped us calm our dog down. And finally their service was quick and efficient with their prescriptions and shot delivery. Fantastic place for any pet owner.

Extremely kind and caring staff!

Were very kind and gentle with our cat. He was alright at first, but started getting nervous after a little bit, and the tech that was with us was very patient with him. After his operation, he was just fine, and didn't seem to be bothered or in pain at all. Also doesn't hurt that their pricing really wasn't bad at all. Very satisfied!

The people are all great. They take such great care of my dog and are so understanding and attentive. They're taking covid very seriously as well which I really appreciate because it means they should be able to stay open with minimal impact in care for pets

I was amazed (and comforted) by the incredible amount of care and compassion that the Doctors and assisting staff exhibited over the course of two stressful visits. The level of care that my little pet rat received warmed my heart, and I was touched when they called to follow up on how he was doing. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Brown is the most patient vet that we have ever had. We have a very difficult dog and she is incredibly patient. All of the staff is very caring and it is obvious they all love what they do! The rates are also very reasonable. Highly recommend this clinic!

Brought my kitten. The staff were polite and very nice to my pet. Plying him with treats and playing with him to distract him from his shots.

The personal care provided by the staff here is truely above and beyond the care we have gotten at other vet centers. Would not entrust my fur babies to anyone else!!

The staff is wonderful and caring, they have always been prompt being able to get our dogs in for a urgent issue. One of our dogs required surgery for a severe dislocated rear leg, results were phenomenal.
